They truly made the ideas in my head come to fruition. The wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor wardrobe they designed for our small Miami Beach apartment, opened a whole new world when it came to space-saving and just adding class to our room. My entire family absolutely adores the extra space that they have for their personal effects. I am amazed at the spaciousness of the drawers that allows me (and our girls) to keep them organized, not having stuff everywhere. Roger was truly amazing throughout the entire process (even after full-payment). Never once did I have an issue getting ahold of him. He did everything he said he would do, and when I would call him with a new idea, he would implement it without complaint. Roger truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is satisfied and the work is absolutely perfect! In fact, there was an issue with the floor not being laid properly which created a big headache in getting the wardrobe to line up straight. Roger and his crew had to spend additional days and money to make sure it all looked perfect to their standards at no extra charge to us. My husband and I were blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He truly takes great pride in the work he does. Thank you so much, Roger & Team. I will definitely be in touch with my next project once I dream it. But for now, we will all be enjoying this amazing wardrobe you designed and built for us.

Removed the old doors and left them in my living room for 3 weeks without removing them. Uses cheap materials. The side close doors and drawers did. It work. Goes on and on. Not sure how Avi and Advance Wood Creations is still in business. He also overcharges from his vendors work and marks charges up by 200%. Verified directly with the vendor. End result was mediocre at best. We had to call in someone else to fix the tile work on the backsplash. When we asked him to come back to fix, we never heard from Avi again. Warning!!!

He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was "doable", then he'd get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. I did do a lot of legwork, picking out fixtures and hardware, but that was my choice. He has a full selection of materials at his office and has worked with most of the products out there, from low to high-end. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. He is timely, his crews are timely, and both are a pleasure be around. Yes, there was a mess here and there, but it's CONSTRUCTION! All in all, they were very tidy and cleaned up each day. An important factor with any working relationship, construction or otherwise, is communication. Ariel communicated and recapped progress and upcoming needs each and every day. He is extremely organized and his work ethic is impeccable. This translates to his teams of workers who have been with him for many years. I've read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn't what the owner wanted, but I don't see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. We liked Ariel and his team so much and we were so impressed with the quality and speed of the work that we wanted to use them for more. Over a 5-month period, we used Ariel and Full Service to renovate several bathrooms, a home gym, our pool house and our kitchen. Ariel's team showed up promptly every day and they were incredibly professional and kind and made the process of renovating seamless. Their consistent work schedule made it very easy on our family. I would give zero stars if I could…read more Cabinets-to-Go has been an absolute nightmare to work with. From the very beginning, they sold us a kitchen without panel-ready cabinets for our refrigerator and dishwasher--something we didn't discover until after installation. Their "fix" was to cut pieces to size, which looked cheap and sloppy. On top of that, the cabinets themselves were inconsistent in color and grain, clearly defective. When we raised our concerns, they initially seemed responsive, requesting photos and sending a representative out. The rep openly admitted the cabinets were subpar, told us the line had received so many complaints that it had been discontinued, and assured us he'd get approval for replacements. Six months later, nothing has been resolved. During this time, multiple people from the company contacted us promising the cabinets would be replaced. Every time we followed up--because they never reached out proactively--we were told the same story: they were still waiting for "executive approval." No progress, no resolution, no accountability. We've finally decided to walk away and spend additional money with another company to finish our kitchen--something that should have been completed over a year ago. If you are thinking about using Cabinets-to-Go, think again. Should anything go wrong, you will be stuck with defective cabinets and no help at all. This company does not stand behind the quality of what they sell. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money--go elsewhere.
