She didn't ask invasive questions or try to fix anything she simply listened, noticed, and spoke to me like a real human being who mattered in that moment. Her presence slowed everything down. In a space filled with small, beautiful objects, she helped me feel anchored again, like I could breathe and stay. I left with more than purchases. I left grounded, steadier, and reminded that sometimes the smallest interactions can keep someone going. Barbara has a rare gift for holding space, and this shop is infinitely better because of her.

I met Christine who works there, and she was extremely patient and thoughtful in helping me pick out the perfect fall themed string lights to go on my fireplace mantel. Unfortunately, I live out of town and one of the strands was not working when I opened it at home. However, when I called the store, Christine answered, was so kind, and immediately shipped a replacement to me. I can't get over the phenomenal customer service and overall beauty of this store. The couch has a spot on the front and she came to our house and took care of it. The end table came in damaged and she reordered it. The second one came in with a crack. Again, she contacted the company and got another table. The third, fourth and fifth tables were also not perfect, but she didn't bother us with that information. When the sixth table came in and was perfect, she called us to say it was there. She definitely provides great service to her customers. She will have us as customers forever.

My mother is elderly and Lisa goes out of her way to shower her with kindness and patience. She has gone above and beyond more times than I can count.
