They were able to come out, assess the site (approximately 90 square foot outdoor cement patio with a few paint stains and gum on the surface), and provide me with a quote. They were readily available and able to sandblast soon after. The guy was able to complete the job in a couple hours. There were few tiny spots of paint that remained, but only on extremely detailed inspection. Overall, I was satisfied with this company's responsiveness and completion of the job. For the price, availability, and job done, I am satisfied. A few words of advice (for anyone looking to sandblast through this company): -They take cash/check -If you will be near the sandblasting, keep a pair of earplugs and/or earphones. The process is very loud. -Prepare the area beforehand, i.e. cover as much that you don't want sand to invade. The guy had rinsed the area out after the sandblasting and tried to prevent the sand from getting into our doggy door. Still, by nature of it being sand, it went everywhere. I cleared out sand in certain spots. Afterwards I was in contact with the company who offered to clear out the additional sand. So, if you notice more sand that requires clean up, best to let them know. They can save you the time of cleaning it up yourself.

This is a long overdue review. Gary & Cole did their sandblasting magic May 2017. I had a sob story…read morethat Peninsula Sandblasting help turn into a success story. Imagine 1200 sq ft of special order Veranostone 24" pavers. These are beautiful gray-blue concrete pavers: heavy, expensive, and when left outside in the yard, covered in the rain with plastic, this caused heavy white effervescence and discoloring on the pavers. I was in tears. The landscaper that was to install it was supposed to sandblast it after the project finished. Sadly the landscaper passed away before sandblasting so we were left finding a sandblaster on our own. We received quotes from 3-4 vendors and Gary's price was in the middle. There was a cheaper vendor but he was rude and spoke condescending to me (a female). Gary and Cole were pleasant and most of all made me feel comfortable to work with them. They got ALL of the effervescence and bleaching off the pavers and we were left with the gray-blue color again. It's a sandy process so be prepared; the sand will get everywhere. We did not mind the sand as our garden was still in process. Otherwise, they did a 1200 sq ft job in a 2-3 hours. Sandblasting is NOT a cheap project so it means a lot to work with a team that's kind, informative, and good all at the same time. You will find this combination with Peninsula Sandblasting.
