Standard unprofessional behavior, saying it would take him a week but repeatedly pushed it back until months had passed. I'm guessing he forgot the actual scope of work I requested him to do. Which was stitching in tubeing and hard stitching buckles for the webbing too cinch through. Instead what I got back is seat covers with erratic placement, pretty poor stitching consistency, never stitched in the buckles and charged me $200 for what is I'm guessing under 40 minutes of work. Not impressed at all, Tony has effectively helped me realize that the Craftsman is dead and or dying. You have no pride in your work because you shouldn't.

The finished product came out incredibly clean and professional--we were beyond impressed. Fast forward to today, my husband picked up a set of BBS wheels that originally came in gold, but he really wanted them refinished in silver. We immediately thought of Jeremy because of how well he took care of us the first time around. His shop is about two hours from where we live, but the quality of his work is absolutely worth the drive and money. I came to originally get my exhaust manifold and when I was picking it up The boss said "let me see that" and noticed a slight imperfection on the application of the Cerakote that I didn't even notice (extremely minor- I didn't even care) But he offered to fix it no issue asap, in fact he insisted on it!
