Yesterday, my daughters and I stopped in after we had lunch. Within 5 minutes we were approached by 3 separate associates asking if they could help us and if we had any questions. We said no thank you, and I picked up a quick bread mix. The first associate then said "Ma'am, if you'd like to leave your mix here while you continue your shopping?" while the look on her face said it all. Didn't offer for me to put the box I had with cupcakes in it down, just their mix. I put it back and we walked out. It was not service, it was blatantly watching us like hawks and making us feel like we didn't belong there and were under suspicion. They made us so uncomfortable from the minute we walked in! No other stores that we go to there have the arrogance and "better than you" heir about them that this store does. Yes, I CAN afford your RIDICULOUS prices, but NO I will not spend my money or time there ever again. You can take your attitude and shove it. Unfortunately, my patient really needed the 3-day delivery of herbs for a heart issue because she was going out of town. When I brought to their attention that I would not receive the herbs on time, they assured me that I would. I objected because after using them for 18 years, it has never worked that way. They said I could take my business elsewhere. The herbs arrived 5 days later than they would have if they'd honored the 3-day option. I contacted the president of the company and he said the 3-day shipment could have been late too (never happened before!). They used to be honorable years ago, but now they cannot be trusted. Sad.
