The consult with Dr. Biggiani was wonderful, however, the administrative staff was absolutely terrible. They cancelled my original appointment, then made we wait over 6 weeks for the next one. A week before my new appointment, they called to over the procedure and pricing. They re quoted me double the cost of the procedure that they had originally stated. Not only did they make me wait weeks for a new appointment, the change in price for the procedure was ridiculous. Very unfortunate to do business like this when the Dentist himself was very pleasant and accommodating. read more

I have been going to Dr Andrew frangella for many years now along with my husband. I actually went today for a consult, but I had a tooth that was hurting very badly. He canceled the consult and actually pulled the tooth which was infected. I was in such pain all weekend and I finally am sitting home in peace with the tooth gone. I know he did not book The Time to do all of this but yet he took the time to take care of me properly. My husband adores him. We see Angel biannually for our cleanings. We actually fight over who gets to see Angel first! Marian and Tina are the front staff and they are so friendly and kind. I never have billing problems or surprise issues they always let me know ahead of time how much something would cost if my insurance is going to be a problem. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I've been going to Dr. Biggiani for quite a long time now. I'm good friends with his niece (who hopefully will soon join his practice, his nephew is already there). The staff is friendly and professional; the waiting room is gorgeous, and there's even TV's in the exam rooms, so you can watch the news as your teefs are being cleaned. The team at Dr Albert V Biggiani is by far the best. I have been going to this office for several years and can't imagine going anywhere else. They are Great from hello at the front desk to the care provided in the dentist chair. There is almost never a wait to see a team member, it is amazing. I dont know how they schedule so well, but I have not finished the second page of a magazine in the waiting room. I have my favorite hygienist who has helped me change the health of my teeth and gums. Christine has helped me so much.......Thank you. I have been to many of the team members over the years and not one issue, they are all great. Additionally, they do much more then other dentist i have been to. They can help with oral appliances for sleep apnea, grinding of teeth, and get those crooked teeth in line. Probably many other services they can help with too. The dentist is ok. But the front office was horrible. They dropped out from my health plan but didn't inform me. The next thing I know was I got the bill from the dentist office. I call the office and they ask me to call the insurance company. They can't even tell me that they are not participating anymore. I personally wrote the letter to the dentist who is the owner. And of course, no response and no responsibility. The business ethics dealing with the patients are very poor. If Yelp has a minus in stars, I would use it. Strongly not recommended. read more

Extremely disappointed with this office. Scheduling has become increasingly difficult over the years. On more than one occasion I've made an appointment for a particular service and when I showed up for the appointment I was told they couldn't perform the service and I would have to be rescheduled. Taking extra time off from work is not convenient. Also, as long as you don't question anything you're fine. But once you start questioning your bill or treatment the office staff lashes out at you. Plain and simple, the office staff is rude. Dental work is stressful enough without being bullied or stressed about the treatment from the office staff during your dental visit. read more

The best dentist I have ever had. Spotless and efficient office. Great staff. Wonderful.I had an old crown removed and replaced with a new permanent crown in two hours. No impressions, no waiting weeks for the lab to make the crown. All done on the premises to precision from fit to color. All painless from when the needle was given and now that it is worn off.
