She is very careful to make sure her procedures are practically painless, and takes a considerable amount of time to make sure she explains all my options and possible outcomes. Instead of showing any understanding, the office insisted that I pre-pay the entire visit before being seen and made it clear they would not budge. When my husband called to clarify whether this was a one-time requirement or standard policy, the staff member said, "The doctor will decide that," which suggested they had already labeled me as unreliable. The tone was rigid and dismissive from start to finish. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were planning to pursue additional cosmetic dentistry with this office clearly not a small investment but even that didn't shift their attitude. It felt like the front desk was more interested in enforcing punishment than providing patient-centered care. We ultimately chose to take our business elsewhere. I hope the practice becomes aware of how their staff's approach impacts both patient trust and long-term business.

My recent experience at another dental office could not be more different. The office employed 3 people at the front desk and 1 person that deals with financial matters.
