More recently however I found out why I like to shop locally. Not only did they deliver my order, but they did it quickly and with a smile. Look everyone knows where this country of ours is headed, outsource everything, NAFTA and the 90's did a number on America, but maybe just maybe there is hope. With a clever name like Minuteman which screams America, and local sourcing and smiles there really is no reason for me to ever call anybody else. Lindsay and her crew are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and priced right. I was a printer for 4 years and know the long hours, customer OK's and general bull@#$ you have to put up with and now that I am on the other end, let me just tell you how nice it is to have someplace like this. No job too big or small and the personal touch that this country so sorely needs and misses. Ed showed me the latest in Digital Technology that he as added to his long line of processes and capabilities at his company. I have been waiting for what seems like forever to review Sign Art. I had to make sure there was…read morenothing else my company needed from them before I did, because it never was gonna be pretty. I could easily right seven pages of detailed explanation of everything that ever went wrong with this company, but I won't. Instead, I'll summarize. The owner or manager is remarkably incompetent, product was repeated delivered wrong month after month after month and he consistently blamed the person that worked for him and more than once cited how hard it is to find good help. Here's the thing: when you lose a new staff member every single month and no matter who you hire things still aren't done right... maybe it isn't them. Maybe it's you. (and, also, some of those staff members started getting it right and then *poof* they were gone.) How hard is it to copy and paste a name the way it's sent or to send a template for approval? It is my hearty recommendation that you, and I mean all of you.. never ever do business with Sign Art. Ever. I hate when people say... "Oh I wish I could give no stars..." but, oh, I wish I could go no stars AND ten frowny faces. Never in my life have I encountered such a gross lack of competence.

Additionally when we received our product, the transfer that they had done all the transfers had fuzz and lint stuck within the image. They said that it's "part of the material" which it's not... it's your poor quality control for not just doing the extra step in lint rolling the garnet before applying the transfer over. Even another customer standing next to me said he saw all the lint within the image of the shirt. One of the shirts the transfer you could see the image is folded over... I could've easily just saved my time and done it with a circuit machine. The crazy thing for the mistakes they made on their end. They will not refund you because there's nothing they can do on their end for that. If you wanted them to fix this. They would peel the transfer off the same shirt and reapply over it. If anyone is smart enough knows that this CAN NOT be done since it already ruins the garment itself. For someone who has been doing this for 11 years, it's sad for the quality of work that you produce as well as the way you treat your customers.
