Eugene saved our Christmas gifts! We had asked for prints that were going to be framed as gifts a few days before Christmas. He had initially printed them on a thinner paper that unfortunately scrunched in the frame. We emailed Eugene pretty late at night on the 23rd asking if they could be printed on thicker paper and he responded within a few minutes telling us to come back the following day. He last minute printed all of our prints on a thicker paper of no extra charge. He was also meticulous in ensuring that colors were accurate. Thank you so much for your honesty and kindness Eugene! She transferred a jpeg from a memory stick that I had and we agreed that they'd give me a call when they had a couple of proofs for me to review.
