Octavio was very flexible and assured us that the photos would turn out great. And he was right! We had an intimate SF city hall ceremony with just our families present. Their welcome email is warm and bubbly, and promises that they will "work on the design" until the customer is happy. Instead you wait weeks for a reply, and they completely ignore your design request. To summarize: if you want to wait months to get absolutely nothing then they are for you.

Very poor service when it came to completing what was asked and service requested. Their first…read moreattempt was completely the wrong color and they didn't include the frame that matched the existing sign. The best part is they sent a tech to the location to make sure they got a "visual" of the other signs on the building they would be matching. Attempt # 2 was much better when it came to the color matching however no frame again. I was then told it wasn't included after discussing it from day 1 and then after the first sign was messed up. I wouldn't recommend them and plan to discourage anyone from doing so as well.
