This company is a joke. I would not recommend their services to anyone. We lived in the house for 5 years and left it spotless when we moved out, yet they still charged us for painting. After 5 years, normal wear and tear on paint is expected, but the house was very clean. They also charged us for the stove, even though it was spotless as well. It was an older white stove, and the fading was simply due to age and normal use. It felt like they looked for any excuse possible to avoid returning our deposit. We also paid an extra deposit for the keys and garage opener. I even showed them the receipt as proof of payment, but they claimed the payment was for something else and refused to return the money. Scammers. After an eviction (yes, an eviction, but hear me out) they "threw away" all of my belongings, furniture , electronics etc, immediately. By law they have to store it and provide me reasonable accept my things and charge me for storage, inventory, etc. They texted me and said I could have my stuff for $160. The next day, they stated it was a " full clean out" and that they trashed everything. This was just over 1 week after the eviction. They avoid my calls and texts so I called from a different number. They ended the call promptly when I informed her that the call was being recorded. I have since filed a police report for theft. I also have a statement from the marshal who physically served the eviction and locked us out stating that he saw, and even mentioned to us that we were leaving a lot of stuff behind and that they had to store it for 30 days. This company rents out units "as is" and they are in terrible condition. People pay because they need a place to live. I watched an old lady (a tenant apparently) in the office Complaining about her air conditioner being broke. She kept saying she didn't understand how to submit a ticket online. They were arguing with her instead of trying to help her. It was sad. If you read these reviews carefully, the "good" ones are obviously fake. All the bad reviews have a similar theme and they all complain about the same things.. If you have any other choices, don't rent from here. read more

This management company is by far one of the worst in Las Vegas. The apartment was filled with cockroaches feces. The washer has no cold water and I have to wait for almost a week to have some one fix it. I have to called three times to have the washer water supply valves fixed and the washer and dryer are about to die on me. Check the photos and tell me which one of your fucking home owners will live in this apartment yourself. I have already spend over $300 to have it professionally cleaned and shampoo the carpet. The carpet has animal feces and urine stains which I have to pay to have it cleaned. I don't know how you sleep at night when I have to drag my laundry to a laundromat when I am paying for washer and dryer as part of the rent. Now, I have to clean the cockroach feces myself. read more

This is worst rental management ever they don't get things fixed on time, they rent out shitty properties not cleaned because they will rent out as is condition and they will charge you all of the broken shit when you move out and a cleaning fee on top of that even though you turn it in clean. The will have inexperienced people come out to fix the problems in the property and a month later you will have the same issue. Eric and the leasing agents in the office have horrific customer service. I am a disabled Vet that just moved out of a Rhodes Ranch Lease. They will not explain what the $540 withheld from my deposit is for. I asked for justification through email, my Realtor used to get me in has called Eric and the agency with no answers. I went above and beyond to be a great tenant, paid my rent on time every month, fixed/repaired leaky toilet, had carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned, painted all touch ups, and trimmed all shrubs and leaves removed... The letter says Painting and trash as the reason. I am asking for proof (there is none). Do not use this company. I am about to involve the Local news and report them to the Nellis AFB housing department to blacklist them. read more

I got the phone for the Real Estate company (Stongate Real Estate Services) through the tenant which was moving out of the property, I called them right away and got no answer. I searched online for extra numbers and contacted one of the Agents, it was a Sunday afternoon so he told me someone from the office would get back to me next morning. After waiting for the call 1 week, I decided to go to the offices located in Jones & Palmyra, where someone told me they were completely booked for the day and could only show me the property the next day at 3:30. I was expecting a confirmation call/text or something from the realtor, and got none. At least a see you soon, I'm on my way and will get there at 3:30 or something.... but nope, not at all. Anyway, I was at the back door at 3:15 and have to wait till 3:35 for Cody to arrive, first thing out of his mouth is, sorry for being late, I just couldn't find the property, which should be a warning about what was going to happen, since he obviously hadn't even been at the property before. We were entering the townhouse from the door in the back entrance, which leads directly to the laundry, and he couldn't not open the door because the washer was on it's way. He was going to call the office for someone to "sort it out", when I just pushed the washer back enough for it to clear the door's way. You should have smelled that, you could get a scent of all the chemicals used to clean the house mixed with a lot of dirt, I'm aware the house was really dirty, but they are responsible for the cleaning crew. There were at least 2 doors which couldn't be opened because of a lack of keys, he had no knowledge about what the owner would pay and what's the tenant's responsibility, we didn't even know where to park, since he did it in the middle of the private street, directly under a no parking sign. I could go on forever, but I guess you get the idea... The house is great, but the lack of tidiness, knowledge, and attitude of the realtor made me want to run away instead of just walk away from the deal. The kicker was when I told the Cody, I'm not even filling the application, cause I've got some other options I've been looking at, he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted him to show him the options I was interested in, with no regard whatsoever to the realtor the owner of the other properties works with. What a piece of work, I hope all this makes you guys figure out what to expect before calling this non professional real estate company. read more

They fought hand over fist to get the best possible deal for us on our investment properties. They coached us through our options and helped us make the right decision. Found one of their properties through Zillow and called them to make an appointment to view the house. I left several messages with the receptionist for over a week until finally after calling over and over again she transferred me to a lady who would show me the house. Our appointment to view the house was at 3:30 and the lady showed up about 15 min late only to open the door so we can view the house. She didn't know anything about the house! She didn't know the requirements to apply, she didn't know if the pool service/landscape were included, she didn't know if some of the things that needed to be fixed would be fixed by the landlord. THE HOUSE WAS A MESS!! Totally not ready to be rented! The add said all appliances included and the kitchen was missing the fridge. The washer and dryer were missing as well. Shower doors were missing, sliding doors wouldn't open, most of the lights throughout the house wouldn't turn on, the oven door wouldn't close, the shower head in the master bathroom didn't work, one of the closet doors was on the floor on the hallway and we had to walk on it to be able to check out the rest of the house, and well the list can go on & on & on!!! We went to the office located on Jones to speak to Sharon or Eric to see if all the problems in the house were going to be fixed before the house was rented and they said it was all "cosmetic" fixes and the house was going to be rented as is. They also said that they didn't care if the property stays vacant or rented so that we can fill in an application if we liked. I almost felt as if they kicked me and my husband out of their office for bringing up all the things that needed to be fixed! They seemed very annoyed with us and every few questions they would say "As I said, you can feel out the application or not". They also tried to tell us that we needed to pay $280 for landscape which is ridiculous since most of the landscape at this property were rocks and a few patches of grass. They refused to let us use our own landscape service and pool service. Anyway, good luck to anyone that rents from them. If anything ever breaks while you're already leasing from them the repairs probably have to come out of your pocket since it's clean they don't care about their properties. Worst property management company ever! Worst customer service ever! From beginning to end it was all a problem. If I could give them zero stars I would but unfortunately to share this review I have to give them one star! read more

This Management Group uses you security deposit as a personal account to upgarde items on the House when you are done renting. They are the first management company to not return my security deposit fully on a fulfiilled fully paid for Lease.. The house was not damaged when returned. read more

I cannot give enough praise for Leon and his staff. I honestly don't think I would have closed on my new home as soon as I did, or even at all, if it wasn't for Leon. Because the house that I wanted to buy was discounted by the builder, the sales manager was not taking contingent offers for that particular property (and at the time, my house was not yet on the market). I needed to sell my townhouse ASAP, to use the proceeds for the house that I wanted. I took Leon to my sales agent and Leon convinced him to hold the property for me. That night I was under contract for the house and the next day Leon had my townhouse listed. I had prospective buyers viewing the townhouse immediately, and in 5 days I had an offer for my townhouse.
