I find AM reality to not have any integrity or values. I'm a single dad with 4 children who lived at one their properties for a year & 3 months & I feel they tried to nickel & dime me for everything. They treat you very nice when moving in, but when moving out they treat you very badly. The house we rented had serious HVAC imbalance issues, which certainly must have been brought up by previous tenants, they weren't transparent about their this. During COVID they showed no sympathy, only after sending numerous emails did they finally agree to not raise the rent. I found Tammy cold & out of touch with the common folk. read more

AM Realty was the property manager for a home I rented for 3 years in Las Vegas NV. It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend AM Realty. Tammy and her team were extremely fair and addressed all issues in a timely manner. AM Realty gave us a number of ways to reach them which is generous in those 'melt down moments'. They didn't provide us with a number for us only to call and talk to a machine.
