This location is one of the bigger ones we've been to, but with a smaller selection of pre-owned watches. Upon entering there was not a sole to be found. It took a few minutes of wondering before we could have an employee to direct us towards the pre-owned rolex case. We saw a few that were unique, but waaaay overpriced. I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.
