She helped him pick the cut, clarity, etc. He ended up picking Verragio, which is no longer sold at the store, but they continue to uphold with their care plan he signed up for. Every 6 months, I'm able to get it cleaned & it's under warranty for rhodium plating if it wares down. In 2017, I bought his wedding band & my wedding band for our civil & church wedding. No one compared to Rosa's customer service. I felt like we weren't necessarily spoken to or helped unless we knew what we wanted. I took it to my local Ben Bridge store at The Fashion Show mall in Las Vegas to make an exchange or to receive a refund. Upon doing the refund of the original piece of jewelry, Roz informed me that since my original purchase was done online, she wasn't sure how to process the transaction. Firstly, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Kelsey, Gina, and Richard. Very helpful staff with many years of experience between them who, over the course of a couple visits to their store, helped my fiance and I choose the right rings for us. There's a saying that goes something like 'you may forget the things they said, but you will never forget how they made you feel', and I couldn't help but feel immensely satisfied and excited with a moronic smile on my face and butterflies in my chest as I left their store. Being a young couple, I often found it intimidating to walk into a jewelry store with my girlfriend to browse wedding rings. In many other stores that we visited we often felt judged for our young age, or rushed along, or pressured into making decisions, and often had sales pitches shoved in our faces immediately. After many visits to many stores, we had even gone as far as to put a ring on layaway at another jeweler store, but only after incessant pestering of the staff. We already like the ring, but I don't need to be repeatedly told how nice it is or that there's a chance of it not being around if we don't get it now, let me make my own damn decision. I will admit some fault in not being able to say no, but I should not feel pressured or guilted into putting money towards anything if I am a customer in your store. Lesson learned, moving on. The store was empty when we walked in, but we were given space to browse for a fair amount of time. Once we gravitated to a particular showcase we were asked by Kelsey if there were any rings in particular that we would like to try. After trying several rings, Kelsey had a good idea as to what we were looking for, she asked our price range and material preference, and proceeded to showcase a few other pieces. She offered very helpful observations and felt genuinely pleasant to converse with. The one piece that we liked was a bit out of our price range, but she offered solutions like working with their store jeweler for ways that we could stay within our price range while still getting the design we liked, which was something completely new that no other store even mentioned. She even shared some of the work she had had done for her own jewelry, as well as some other customers' pieces that had been worked on before. We didn't make a purchase this visit, but I made sure to ask for a business card and Kelsey even included her personal number so that I could get in touch with her if I had any other questions. Overall a pleasant browsing experience, and I knew from that point that I wanted to give this store my patronage. Fast forward a week and my girlfriend had found another design from their website that she liked and was within our budget. This time we were helped by Gina and Richard, who again both gave us a good amount of space and then tactfully inquired of our interests. Lucky for us, the store had the exact piece that was on the website in stock and when my girlfriend tried it on, we knew almost immediately that we had found the one. Contrary to our past experiences at another store though, we weren't immediately rushed into talking about payment or financing. Instead we were given time alone with the piece to deliberate and just soak it in, which I greatly appreciated. We decided to pull the trigger and after it was all said and done, we even managed to find myself a wedding band, get sized properly, and filled out the necessary paperwork. All in all a wonderful experience for a young couple who came in feeling very uncertain after several unpleasant experiences at other jewelry stores. All members are sooooo nice, polite, always patient when our card did not work, offers us water and the "gift" bags are elegant and classy. Kudos to the entire store associates. Do not let the stylish store appearance scare you off. You never know treasures you may find for the special person in your life unless you browse. Unlike other stores, no high pressure sales and they do not watch you as if you do not belong or something else. I speak from experience having walked into the designer stores and have the security person give me the once over or two. Also for repairs, resizing, restringing and for free cleaning, they are honest, trustworthy and very reasonable. A nasty experience at Ben Bridge in Fashion Show Mall on 9-28-2017: On the morning of September 28, 2017 I called Breitling Corporate in Connecticut to inquire about my timepiece warranty and find out if was still covered. The customer service assistant told me she could not provide me with the information I was seeking due to company policies that prohibit them from divulging of warranty information over the phone, as they could not visually inspect the serial number. She told me to bring my timepiece to an authorized Breitling who would be able to provide me with warranty information once the inspect the serial number in person. Later during the day while I was at the Fashion Show Mall I brought my watch into Ben Bridge Jewelers, who is an authorized Breitling dealer. I approached a sales associate named Kurbec / Corbett (a tall caucasian guy in his 60's with short blond or auburn hair) to ask if my timepiece was still under warranty. I was taken aback by how rude and confrontational Kurbec / Corbett was. Instead of trying to politely assist me, as one would expect of a professional working in a high end jewelry store, Kurbec proceeded to interrogate me about my purchase. He treated me like a common thief as he Intrusively asked where I purchased my timepiece and how long ago. Without even looking at my watch to run the serial number, Kurbec abruptly barked out that my timepiece was not covered. In an attempt to reconcile the conflicting information I was given over the phone & what Kurbec or Corbett was telling me, I called Corporate and asked them to speak with Kurbec. After speaking to Corporate, Kurbec or Corbett still refused to help me. Instead he told me to bring it to the vendor who sold me the timepiece. Once Kurbec made it clear he was unwilling to help me, let alone afford me a modicum of respect, I proceeded to leave the store. Unbelievably, as I was walking out, he stood in my path and bellowed out "aren't you going to apologize for calling me a liar ?" I'm not sure what prompted his outrageous comment, but I NEVER called him a liar or implied that he was being untruthful. I can only surmise his comment was a Freudian slip! In this day and age of Amazon, eBay, and Craigslist, not to mention the multitude of pawn shops and buy & sell stores, it is not uncommon for consumers to acquire a product WITHOUT stealing it. A true measure of a professional, is not how they treat customers, but how they treat people who are NOT customers. Because everyone who is not a customer, IS a potential FUTURE customer... A concept taught in Sales 101. I would not recommend or refer anyone to patronize Ben Bridge Jewelers as long as they have Kurbec or Corbett in their employ. read more

As a Las Vegas local, I sort of ask for it when I go to a mall like Fashion Show and expect more than a handful of help normally reserved for a non interested transient. But when it comes to shopping for wedding rings for myself and my beauty, being closer to 20 than I am 30 and looking even younger probably doesn't help, either. At the largest mall in Las Vegas on the wonderous Las Vegas Boulevard itself, a woman with a free left ring finger will run wild, trust me. Luckily, I had planted the seeds of pickiness when presenting her with a promise ring some time back; which had a specific number of stones and how they were set. Add a dash of her own taste, and we have narrowed the field down a bit! Nonetheless, she will only chase her championship ring with that much more fervour. This is where my older fiance quickly realized her daydreams of being younger were more than fantasy. Our first trip to Ben Bridge gave me the all too familiar feeling of having all eyes on me. Great at all times but this one, where they all read judgemental. I felt the atmosphere and despite spotting a band I liked; gave the hand squeeze signal to my eager companion that it wasn't going to happen. I still kept the band in mind though. Well, fast forward several miles of walking, thousands of rings, a few hundred miles over a short two week period (yes, all of which was shopping for "The One" for her; read some more of my reviews for my painstakingly romantic chronicles.) ... And we are back at Ben Bridge for one last chance for their redemption -- and my band. This time I went in knowing that I wasn't going to waste time, and that I would simply earn the respect and service I deserved to be given freely. I walked right up to the ring I wanted and s salesperson asked me if I'd like to see it; yadda yadda, sales schpiel. I inquired about the binding alloy was in their Tungsten Carbide rings. They started going into panic mode, spouting off about them being made of drill bits and was quickly given the hook and placed in a corner behind a plant by my new and final salesman, Andrew. I advised pure Tungsten would be highly fragile, and the alloy was to prevent shattering. I asked if it was nickel -- a trick question since nickel is a dirty word in jewelry. He said he didn't know. Good answer since most everybody else tried to say it could never be nickel and stay hypoallergenic. Despite me being frustrated at nobody knowing the products they sell, I was content enough with Andrew offering to call the manufacturer after he pulled all print material he could try referencing. Keel in mind, its common practice for companies to use cheaper binding agents, such as cobalt -- to make TC rings. Makes for a cheaper overhead, but eventually oxidizes from the oils in your skin and discolors the ring - permanently. I wasn't splitting hairs to be a jerk. Another salesperson tried selling me on a black TC ring; perhaps to sniper Andrew's sale. I asked if they were aware of the fact that the black tungsten carbide rings were coated black, not natural. Therefore the scratch proof wonder material was ... Under the coating. Which of course wasn't covered by warranty. They retreated back to their own corner, fed up with the spike haired wedding ring geek. Andrew came back to assure me that though the manufacturer was closed, in his years of experience he had not come across anything I expressed concern about. While appreciated, this wasn't exactly in writing. Being that I wasn't a size 10, that made my purchase a special order. He said that should I make the special order and he found out the binder wasn't nickel, he'd refund us in good faith and gave me his card. I shook his hand and made the purchase. What did we learn? Maybe I do a bit too much research over wedding rings; for myself and my wedded to be. Or, that I'm not willing to say my vows for eternal commitment on any doubts. I don't want to have to swim through a lot of crusty suits judging my checking account based on my hair style and youth, either. We have been shopping around for the past few weeks to get quotes on replacing a stolen heirloom engagement ring. I went to Fashion Show to enjoy the convenience of having multiple shops in one stop. By far I had the worst experience while at Ben Bridge's. The sales lady initially did not bother to come meet me or my fiancé until she took her good looks and realized no one else was coming to talk to us. After which I had to introduce us and try to tell what we were in for but her attitude from the jump gave "you're in the wrong store honey" kind of vibes. She complained she could not make out the initial picture I showed her of the ring but I'm not surprised as she just glanced at it and asked me to tell her all the details. She did a quick ramble rundown of everything she needed to know and how a picture would not suffice. "I need cut, clarity, stone size, stone cut, gold type,etc" this all while she continued to stand with us and offered no opportunity to perhaps allow us to sit down or take out a pen and paper so she could actually write down my description back. I felt like I had to sell myself and design the ring myself right then and there standing with her. Like I said I went to multiple jewelers, I had already been through this process before of showing pictures and describing the details of the ring and no one had me just stand there with an associate that had no intention of actually servicing me. At the end I had to be the one to end our conversation and essentially say thanks after she soft quoted me over $7k to replace a ring she herself said she could not see in a picture. I had to be the one to ask for a card or store contact info in case I wanted to reach back out. I went to Minden and the service there was stellar. They actually greeted us at the door, asked what we were in for, sat us down with a custom ring specialist, analyzed the different pictures and recreated the ring though sketch. They even took the time to measure my fiancé and quote him for a custom ring in the same style. I have no qualm with the older lady that helped me at Ben Bridge's, she became a lot softer after I had explained the the ring was heirloom and stolen but she had no sales approach and hopefully it has nothing to do with the fact that she saw a young brown couple and instantly decided we wouldn't be worth the company's time. read more

My fiance and I went looking for wedding bands. After trying out all the surrounding jewelers, we ended up at Ben Bridge and met Andy... Now, I've never been one to willingly go online and write a review about my experience in a store but my fiance and I both agreed that Andy is fantastic! He was incredibly helpful, refreshingly kind, approachable, not pushy or degrading, funny, and all around genuinely sweet. We found the band we were looking for and left with big smiles. I wish our experience had been like this at all the jewelers we shopped at that day. In fact, we just might bring a spare wedding invitation with us when we go to pick up the band and hand one to Andy. Seriously! What a nice guy.
