I just reached out to this company/person about our washer having an issue. I mentioned that we would be using our home warranty, but that we simply need an invoice and as long as the company is licensed, we would be reimbursed... So we would pay Green Valley Home Solutions, and just need an invoice to submit to our home warranty to get reimbursement from them. The reply from this service provider was "no thanks." What?
