A few weeks ago, my dog was bit in the play yard. It is natural to assume that dog would not be welcomed back due to the behavior they displayed. That is not the case, I was told they would allow the dog who bit my dog back at camp. These are the types of dogs they allow at camp, and welcome back once they act out. I would avoid this place and look elsewhere for your beloved pet. Very disappointed with Management and their decision making. They allow dogs who pose risk back with open arms.

News to me because he's had baths at multiple Lucy's locations many times and regularly. They explained they were letting him air dry. Air dry a GSD? Now he smells like wet dog. When I picked him up at 12:50 no bandanna or cologne. Not the first time they missed that. Makes you wonder if all the services were performed when you pay $150. Manager attempted to interject but kept interrupting me. At that point, I was checked out. He stated he would inquire and call. No attempt to fix it right then. It's been two and a half hours and still no call. I'll drive a bit further to the 1604 location or look for another dog bather.

They ensure all vaccinations are current so your dog will be safe and complete temperament tests before your dog interacts with the pack. My boy was recently adopted from the Animal Defense League and he was so scared. I am sure he never experienced Doggy daycare before. They were patient with him and loved on him as if he was their own. When he got really nervous they separated him and gave him some space. He is now a regular several times a week. They have great financial packages, offer tons of services and soon they will opening the area to wash your own doggies. If you do decide to go, there keep all your paperwork because they will conveniently tell you, you rejected treatment for your pet that you took her there for in the first place (?). I kept taking my Coconut to get her teeth checked but they never really look at her teeth (RED FLAG) When they did finally take a hard look, she had to have 23 teeth removed. After surgery she cried not whimpered, CRIED for a couple weeks rubbing her mouth uncontrollably. I kept taking her back because clearly something went wrong during her surgery, but they want to charge me extra telling me the surgery was successful she just needed time to recover. Long story short the veterinarian I ended up taking her to took one look at her and said how long has she looked that way not including her teeth issue, her body showed suffering. At Spring Creek, I mentioned that to them and was told that was a normal look for a 19-year-old dog, she replied no that's not, she was clearly upset at her condition. We ended up putting her down to end her suffering. I trusted Spring Creek with my Coconut to give her a peaceful end life, but I made her last year's Hell because I trusted the wrong Facility.

It has a nice time range of drop off and pick up times which helps with Dad's schedule and ensures that I get to come home without delay. I like that we get an opportunity to play outside 90 minutes at a time, 3 times a day. The outdoor area is 1/2 covered and 1/2 in the sun, which gives me options in various weather conditions. Since I'm just a year old and under 40 lbs, the helpers also put me in the small doogie group with others my size, so we can play together. There is a separate area to go potty and plenty of time set aside to rest. The owner is friendly and answered questions quickly. After an interview, updated shots, and a 3 hour daycare trial , it was determined that I could come back here for an overnight stay. The 4'x6' kennels are big enough to get a good night sleep. It's a good thing Dad remembered the dog mat because the floors are concrete and would have been too cold for me. Glad we found this place because next to sticking to Dad and Mum like velcro, this boarding facility is a good fit when they can't be with me.

The groomers do amazing with our pups nails ...no more WWE in our house, human vs dog to trim nails!!!
