She went in perfectly fine & came out with 1 eye completely shut. The next few days her right eye could barely open & when she could open it, her eye ball was droopy. Through multiple vet visits with them, they would never give us an answer about what happened. They ordered us a steroid and pain medication. Mistakes happen, but usually people try to make up for those mistakes. No word about what happened to our dog. "We don't want to speculate", yet they took pictures after whatever incident happened. Obviously something went wrong while our dog was here. We finally decided to get away from this place, went to a new vet. Gave our got an anti-inflammatory and her eye is close to being back to normal. Stay very far away from the grooming service. Dr.Gladden was nice, but I wish she would have decided to give us an anti-inflammatory to speed this process up. All in all we spend over $700 and still have no clue what happened to our dog after multiple questions. We will never go back.

I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

We love it cause we like to know he is happy and doing well when away from us. They have inside and outside play. They have toys and obstacles and even a pool. Everything your dog could want they have here. If you don't wanna leave your dog in daycare you can sign up for the dog park and play with your dogs and any others in a secure dog parks. Kyss sent me photos and videos of Ziggy playing and having fun with his new friends - he was having a blast! Kyss was so flexible with my drop off and pick up times. When we got back in town, we unfortunately had to make an unplanned stop on our way home which caused us to postpone Ziggy's pick up until the next morning. Thank goodness it was no problem for Kyss though - she was way cool about it and easily made the adjustment. The staff is what helped me come back is there knowledgeable super friendly and of course I love my puppy and she doesn't mind doing there. My poor puppy looked like he'd been terrorized. There was no way the groomer could have been paying attention because the cut on my baby was extremely deep! He had to get sutures which have to remain for 2 weeks!! My daughter was told the manager would contact me to discuss. I've been bringing my dogs here for over 2 years. When I first started going there the owner always…read moregreeted me and texted me when they were done- and she used some kind of essential oils or something because they always smelled pretty for like a week after grooming. I really liked taking them there even though the price was different every time but when they were done they were put in their own little area with a gate on the front keeping them separate from the big dogs (mine are 14 and 25 lbs). Fast forward a year and they went in for baths only and I picked them up, owner mentions no issues. Get home- go to give my little one belly rubs and he's got cuts and scratches on his belly and I was shocked. I immediately texted Marisol and sent her pictures- the next day she said her bather had jerked when combing him and that's what caused it. Then sent me a pick of the comb used. I have a short hair chihuahua, they used a metal tooth undercoat rake comb. Like you would use on a husky or something. We didn't go back. After some bad experiences at petsmart (not with my dogs but with the groomers that I watched being way to rough with other dogs) my husband said why don't you try bark and paws again? After what happened before surely she will be very careful. So we go back with my dog that was not injured just to test the waters - everything goes ok. Again, the pricing is never the same and I lost my job so I started doing haircuts and bathes at home but still took them there for nails. Everything the other reviews say is true. We went last week- he took them to the back and handed them off to someone- the guy came back with my chihuahua after about 10 min- I went and put him in the car and went back in for my other one. Waited 15 min- watched one dog jump out of gated areas and no one blinked an eye. Then I heard my baby yelping and I thought was that my Morgan? Then she did it again and I hollered out (since there's no one around) if you are having a hard time with her it's ok to stop and bring her to me. No response. Then the guy who seemed to be in charge goes in there and I hear them all having a big discussion in Spanish. I know a little Spanish, enough to understand that the gal cut Morgan into the nail quick several times after that then was trying to get away while she was trying to finish. Well my dog is so laid back - for her to yelp several times and try to get away means you weren't handling her correctly. I guess when we got there and Morgan didn't want to go in and I couldn't even coax my chihuahua out of the car- I had to climb in the back seat and get him from under the seat (which he has never done before) that should have been my hint that it was time to move on. The owner is a very nice lady but she hasn't been there the last 3 times and her employees don't speak English and as far as I can tell aren't trained properly on how to cut nails or what brush to use on a short hair dog. Needless to say- after that visit we will not be going back. What could be a great business has gotten too sloppy since expanding and I hope all of these recent reviews have the owner looking into running her business better.
