New Owner & a refresh! Couture Cuts Pet Grooming has a new owner, Shelby! We have 2 Cairn Terriers who require specialized grooming. Not many groomers do it. We have used Shelby 2x so far & she has done an exemplary job!! She has the commitment & dedication to the craft that is outstanding! She actually purchased the specific tools, researching exactly how Cairns are to be groomed and did a superb job! They never looked so good! She's extremely caring & diligent to make sure she's knowledgeable on how to groom each breed, while having the pups best interests too! Shelby is to be commended for her professionalism! She upgraded the shop as well, very welcoming & comfortable. We wish her the best of success & we recommend her shop anytime! Madison also works there too. I am once again very satisfied with this groomer! The cut looks great, but more important, my dog didn't seemed upset or stressed. One thing I really like is that the dogs can see the groomers while they are waiting for their human to pick them up. They aren't stuck alone in a back room somewhere. I am so appreciative of Sherry's obvious love and handling of dogs. And, of course, the wonderful grooming of my feisty little Morkie, Grace. I know that she's a handful, but Sherry takes her behavior in stride and Grace ends up beautifully groomed -- every time. I'm very glad, after much research, that I found this unsurpassed groomer. I have two chows, one tends to be noisy compared to the other. This place is wonderful with dealing them them. A lot of people won't even board my dogs because they are chows! Will be going back! -update- I had to find another groomer for my chows. The groomers here were changing me an arm and a leg to do two chows in an hours. I can't even get my female to dry that fast with how thick her hair is. Sherry was doing a great job in the beginning but declined for some reason. read more

The service here is phenomenal! I have been taking my dog Charlie here for over a year now. She use to be terrified of going to the groomers and now she drags me through the door! The owner gave my dog a good groom, but she has way too many rules. There is an extra charge if the dog comes in with a flea. They can pick up one walking in the place from outside. She doesn't give you a pick up time, but when she calls you the dog must be picked up within 1 hour. Otherwise, there is a $5 charge for every hour after. Will not go there again. read more

Finally! Waylon has a groomer! We've looked in Cumming top to bottom, only found the bottom until this place. Sherry is so accommodating to work us in.
