The crew was efficient and hard working. The only issue we have is we were told a date and time the crew would arrive. We received a text that morning telling us they would arrive between 8 and 10 in the morning. They did not come and we heard nothing from anyone. The next day we heard nothing. After I called and left a message that expressed my frustration we finally got a returned call. We were told that there was a problem with the supplies not being delivered on time. I understand things happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication. I will again say we are pleased with the fence. In fact we have recommended the company to our neighbors.

(FYI, G.O. is in the process of merging with Rip City.) G.O. showed up within the hour, and he immediately assessed the problem but didn't have the proper spring for our door on his truck (he guessed the spring could be as old as our 1954 house!). He provided a written estimate and said he could come back the next morning with the right part if we wanted him to do the work. The price was reasonable so we gave him the go ahead. G.O. arrived at 9:30 the following morning with his assistant, they went right to work, fixed the door, even did a full look-over of all the parts to make sure nothing else was on the verge of breaking, and everything works perfectly now!
