They try to get as much information out of you while on the phone and then they get mad when you ask questions.

For example their 2015 John Deere 8370RT is listed as their own, however after reverse image searching, it comes up as a previous auction on BigIron on Nov 3, 2023. Called store and asked parts to get me everything I needed to change the oil in my tractor…read more Stopped by in way home to grab it. Got all set up today to change the oil, opened the box......no oil. I did have hydraulic filters. Not sure how you change oil without oil. So I drove back to the store to get oil. Grabbed what I needed and went to cashiers desk where I stood for 10 min. No one there. She gets back and says, oh I can't check you out cause you have to get a ticket from the parts counter for me to check you out. Super efficient. If you have to get a ticket from parts to get a quart of oil, take my money at the parts counter. Save your money and eliminate the cashier. Super pour customer service. NAPA it is next time.
