Like most consignment stores, Simple Finds is overwhelming with the amount of inventory they have. It is stacked from entry to exit, from wall to wall and floor to ceiling! They have all the varieties of items you would expect at a consignment store from jewelry, art, furniture, tchotchkes, statues, records, lighting and much more. We like to wander around consignment shops and this area of Chamblee Dunwoody, they are plentiful. So, when we make our trip over this way Simple Finds is always on the list to swing by. We are usually after unique furniture items, and on their good days, Simple Finds has a decent selection from small tables to large cabinets, etc...Outside of the furniture, there is not a lot of items that are eye catching for us here. Service is hit and miss here, never terrible, but also not what I would describe as "friendly" either. Additionally, pricing here is a bit inflated. I get the whole "one persons trash is another persons treasure", but come on... Overall, Simple Finds is a random weekend stop for us on occasion. Be it thrift or consignment the shelves are organized the aisles, are wide the staff is busy however arranging however they were willing to stop and assist when needed. The pricing was fair on several items I purchased. I would like to thank Devetta, who was my check out person. The assistant manager Denise and the store manager Amanda for their thoughtfulness, pleasant and professional demeanors. Given the number of stores I travel to in Georgia ( I cover wide areas of many counties). This store stands out as one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have had. Looking forward to visiting this location again. I have been to other Value Villages(not sure of the new name). But this one shines among them all.

Second Life was an essential to me: I found Cole Hahn and AVL leather flats (almost unworn), numerous silk blouses (Marchesa Voyage, Annie Griffin), two silk skirts (one bespoke, the other from Anthropologie), dresses, jackets, a string of cultured pearls, Chicos and Eileen Fisher trousers - oh, and my last trip there, I actually scanned the books, and the selection is equally good there. Prices are higher than your average thrift, but, as you can see, so is the merchandise. It's always fair, and they run sales on the regular. I've been inspired to start putting aside some of my almost unworn or lightly worn clothes so that I can contribute to this community treasure, and keep the cycle going. This shop reminds me of everything I love about Avondale Estates / Decatur / Scottsdale / Clarkston.

I've gotten some chairs here, as well as some linens (which, yes, are new, but they're a good price and good quality!) Like every thrift/vintage shop, not every visit is going to be a hit, but the stock rotates frequently enough that it's always fun to stop by! They're also very honest-- I was thinking about some outdoor furniture which they pointed out to me wasn't in the best condition. I was able to pass on that and stick with the things that I still did, and continue to, love.
