The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time. That is why we started to look for another groomer & happily found PB Paws Spa. When we picked up our pet, the cut was exactly what we asked for and he looked so handsome! I have only 2 guest dogs the whole week, so I hope that I can schedule the sofa cleaning as soon as possible this week. When I saw the little dot on Sola's face it didn't seemed like I have to go to the vet, it was already dry and I wasn't sure if he had that before. Sometimes it is more risky to go to the vet if you have a healthy dog, because you don't want him to catch something where all the sick dogs go. You are right about the amount of dogs where overwhelming this weekend but they where all social with each other, beside Sola trying to "hump" them which wasn'tthreateningbut more likeannoyingfor other dogs. I never had any of my client pay for my sofa cleaning in the last 7 years I am in business, but I also never had a client who rushed to the emergency room with a small scratch and complained about the vet bill. Having dogs in my home I know that some of them will pee on the sofa and I never thought it is my client's fault, but none of my client thought that a small scratch on their dog is my fault. When dogs are together playing, things happen even if you are alway there with them. When I wasn't here, I had a pet sitter (Kaili or Kathy) staying in our home, so I don't even know when that dot happened in his face. I am sending the check with my invoice from the cleaning company as soon as they come out to clean it. Please give a hug to Sola, he is a very sweet dog, but if you are not planning to breed him, maybe he would be a happier dog to be neutered. STAY AWAY from this place!!! They absolutely butchered my female ShihTzu, Kiki!! Kiki is losing her…read moreeyesight, due to degenerating retinas. She is 7 now and it started at 5. Her signature hairstyle, all of her life, has been pigtails. I took a huge leap of faith in deciding to have her cut into a Teddy Bear style, to avoid hair irritating her eyes and when I took her into Clip n' Dip, they assured me that they could do the job. I even provided several photos, showing them what I wanted. When I picked Kiki up, first of all, I needed to get used to a much different look on her so, I quickly paid the bill and took her home. After looking more closely, when at home, I noticed that her cut was completely uneven, missing chunks, unbalanced and she didn't even smell clean. Her head was so badly cut that I could've easily done a better job! I took her to "pros" because I thought I might screw it up. My bad!!!! I tried to accept that it would eventually grow out and I could fix it, down the road. The more I looked at it, the more it upset me so, I called Woofgang Bakery & Grooming and begged them to fix my little girl. They had me bring her in the next morning. They were absolutely shocked when they saw the butch job on Kiki and warned me that she might end up a bit shorter than I wanted but, in order to even her out, that's what it would take. I agreed and when I came back a couple of hours later, they had worked a miracle. They all advised me that I should call Clip n' Dip and request a refund, due to the fact that Kiki had to be completely regroomed. I called, and Juan could not have been more rude. He said that I should have taken her back to them (NO WAY WAS I GOING TO TRUST THEM TOUCHING KIKI AGAIN!). He also said that "of course the other groomer would criticize their work " and they would absolutely NOT refund my money (almost $100). I told him that I would be posting my experience to social media and he said to do what I had to do. BE WARNED!! This place is the worst grooming experience that I have EVER encountered!!!
