I messaged the salon on yelp and Betty responded within minutes. She gave me a price quote and that was the exact amount she charged. No hidden fees, no long hair fees, no anything. Amazing prices by the way! Especially for the great work she does! When we got to the salon we saw all of the pictures on the wall of all of the stars Betty had the pleasure of working with while she was grooming in Beverly Hills, CA. Beyond impressed. She has her two lovely doggies in the front of the shop which I love! If the shop is good enough for her babies then it is definitely good enough for mine. She took her time to get my Yorkie comfortable with her before she brought him in the back. No constant barking dogs, no dirty dog odor when you walk in. The salon is very clean! I told her to cut his hair short and she actually did! My dog has never had such a great haircut! Not one uneven spot, he smelled amazing as well. He is fussy about his feet so in order for her not to stress him out too much she only cut the nails that really needed to be cut. She truly took care of my baby as if he were her own. When he was ready to be picked up I received a text message and a phone call which was awesome because I hardly ever answer my phone. I am so mad I didn't take pictures when I picked him up but I definitely will the next time. Also, every groomer I have ever gone to I had to bring my dog some water because he was always crazy thirsty from being at the groomer for hours and hours. This did not take long at all and he did not even need any water! I know it sounds like such a small thing buttttt if you are a mother of fur babies you know what I mean! STAY AWAY from this place!!! They absolutely butchered my female ShihTzu, Kiki!! Kiki is losing her…read moreeyesight, due to degenerating retinas. She is 7 now and it started at 5. Her signature hairstyle, all of her life, has been pigtails. I took a huge leap of faith in deciding to have her cut into a Teddy Bear style, to avoid hair irritating her eyes and when I took her into Clip n' Dip, they assured me that they could do the job. I even provided several photos, showing them what I wanted. When I picked Kiki up, first of all, I needed to get used to a much different look on her so, I quickly paid the bill and took her home. After looking more closely, when at home, I noticed that her cut was completely uneven, missing chunks, unbalanced and she didn't even smell clean. Her head was so badly cut that I could've easily done a better job! I took her to "pros" because I thought I might screw it up. My bad!!!! I tried to accept that it would eventually grow out and I could fix it, down the road. The more I looked at it, the more it upset me so, I called Woofgang Bakery & Grooming and begged them to fix my little girl. They had me bring her in the next morning. They were absolutely shocked when they saw the butch job on Kiki and warned me that she might end up a bit shorter than I wanted but, in order to even her out, that's what it would take. I agreed and when I came back a couple of hours later, they had worked a miracle. They all advised me that I should call Clip n' Dip and request a refund, due to the fact that Kiki had to be completely regroomed. I called, and Juan could not have been more rude. He said that I should have taken her back to them (NO WAY WAS I GOING TO TRUST THEM TOUCHING KIKI AGAIN!). He also said that "of course the other groomer would criticize their work " and they would absolutely NOT refund my money (almost $100). I told him that I would be posting my experience to social media and he said to do what I had to do. BE WARNED!! This place is the worst grooming experience that I have EVER encountered!!!
