AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I cannot stress enough how terrible my visit to "Dr. Tsai" was. I went seeking…read morerelief for neck and back pain, but instead, I left in worse condition! Dr. Tsai insisted on treating "organ blockages" on my 1st visit versus addressing my actual pain areas. This involved inserting a needle into my right arm, hooked to a vibrating machine that was extremely uncomfortable. After setting this up, he left the room for 40 minutes! I was left lying there, anxious & in discomfort. When he finally returned, he was on his cell phone--yes, on a call--while removing the needles! Since that visit, my right arm has been in SEVERE pain for two days and counting. It feels like nerve damage. The Red Flags Don't Stop There: Beware of the "detox machine" he pushes and the amount of treatments he recommends selling you. (Google "Foot Detox SCAM." Note: The foot bath uses an electric current to create a chemical reaction that turns the water brown, but this happens regardless of whether feet are in the water. And, he charges $130 for this.) "Dr. Tsai" also double talks a lot and doesn't explain things well. He is vague and confusing and doesn't provide real clarity on what he's doing. The only positive was the kind front desk staff/team, but they can't make up for Dr. Tsai's questionable practices and the pain I am in. Bottom line: This was not just ineffective--it was harmful. If you value your health, your time, and your money, stay far away from Dr. Tsai. (Note: I use to see an acupuncturist many years ago & NEVER had these issues. However, they retired which is why I was seeking someone new.) In short, don't make the same mistake I did. Find another acupuncturist.

My acupuncture experiences have been great overall, and I especially like the cupping at the end of each session! I also like that there was an option to buy Chinese herbal supplements as I believe this has also been beneficial to my pain. I previously spoke directly with the owner and explained that I have FMLA-related medical circumstances and unpredictable migraines that can occur without warning. During that conversation, I specifically explained that there may be times when I need to cancel an appointment unexpectedly because of a severe migraine. I was told that a note would be placed in the system regarding my situation so that I would not be charged a cancellation fee if I needed to cancel for this reason. Today, I had to call to cancel an appointment because I was experiencing a terrible migraine. Despite our previous conversation and the understanding that a note would be placed in my account, I was advised that I would still have to pay a cancellation fee. This is very disappointing because I had already discussed this exact situation with the owner beforehand and relied on the understanding that my circumstances had been documented. There are also ongoing concerns regarding charges on my account that I would like reviewed: I purchased a package of 5 massages, but during my last visit I was still charged $132 for a massage on August 22. I explained at the time that I had already purchased the package of five massages, yet the $132 charge continues to appear. I was also charged for another visit/day that I had already paid for, including the herbs. The amount I paid was $80, and I was later told that the payment had not been received. My FSA card records show the charge, so I believe this payment should be verifiable. I also posted a review regarding my experience because I felt it was important to honestly share what happened. I was very disappointed to discover that my review was intentionally removed. This added to my concerns because I believe customers should be able to provide honest feedback about their experiences, including concerns regarding billing and customer service. To avoid further confusion or unexpected charges, I have requested to cancel all of my remaining appointments for the rest of the year, with the exception of the two massages that remain pending from my package. I am requesting that you please review my account, including my previous discussion with the owner, the cancellation note that was supposed to be placed in the system, my five-massage package, and the payment records for the $132 and $80 charges. I would appreciate written clarification regarding these charges and confirmation that my account has been corrected accordingly. I would also like confirmation that the remaining two massages from my package will remain available to me and that no additional incorrect charges will be applied. I have been trying to resolve these issues, but having to repeatedly explain payments and charges that should already be reflected correctly in the system is extremely frustrating. After going to my PCP, ob/gyn and urgent care and being told everything was normal, I decided to…read moreclean up my diet and see a holistic Dr. I met Dr Campbell and he is awesome. I love his personality and he asks a lot of questions during the consultation. He asked me for my bloodwork info and after looking at it, although things weren't flagged red by my PCP, he identified the root of my symptoms after reviewing the results. We have a few issues to work on but so far one of my issues has basically become obsolete after a month of following protocol with supplements , diet and acupuncture. We are tacking the remaining 2 and I hope to edit this post after my follow up in September with more positive results. The front desk receptionists are amazing too.
