Absolutely awful! Do not waste your money! If you take a look at the dates of these reviews, the majority are dated prior to 2023. My best guess is that the company has changed ownership in the past few years. I have had thousands of massages in my lifetime and this was hands down the worst massage of them all! My experience was very similar to another recent reviewer. First, when I arrived to the location, the owner was eating lunch at the front desk which is unprofessional. I was quickly taken to a massage room. The room was a biohazard. There was an old washcloth on the face cradle, but not completely covering it. The face cradle was filthy and smelled like a public bus seat. There was makeup smeared all over the walls for some reason. The sheets felt super cheap. The massage therapist entered the rooming coughing and REEKED of cigarette smoke! It was as if this guy had smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in his car with the windows up immediately prior to the massage. While I enjoy a deep tissue massage, this was ridiculous, he was just putting his entire weight on my spine. it was like his focus was oddly on bone and not muscle. Nothing felt good, not in the least. I tried to tell him to ease up and he went deeper. I want to say he doesn't speak any English at all but I think it might be an act. At one point he laughed a little and said, "Wowwww you so strong!" this made me think he understood English and was just seeing how much nonsense I could take. He started tugging on my right arm, hard and injured my right shoulder! I have struggled to use it since that day. Eventually I just said that's it, no more, done! He just walked out. He was the worst massage therapist I have ever encountered and I get massages every other week! Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This spot needs Jesus! read more

I went there due to the good reviews in yelp, I was looking for a last-minute massage for my neck pain I had after being on a 9 hour flight. I called to make a reservation and I specifically asked for a woman to do a massage, I got there, and the only woman was not available (the man told me that the other girl they have was sick and went to the hospital), they clearly double booked because the only woman I saw went to do a massage to a guy that arrived at the same time. I laid down and noticed that the towels were a little wet, they were not dried properly. The Chinese man who did my massage was rough and did a "Chinese massage", no where on their menu says that my massage was going to be with a Chinese method. I couldn't talk to him, because he didn't speak English, we "spoke" using google translator. He stopped in the middle of my massage 3 times to answer the phone and charge the other customer, so he came back to massage me after touching the credit cards, answering the phone, etc. The woman who worked there came to the room talking chinese and interrupting my massage again. They left the door semi open where I was getting my massage. The massage was horrible and did not help at all. I did not have a good experience, I will not go back there. I think this place have new owners, I am not sure, but they have no idea how to manage this kind of business. read more

I went with my friend to get a massage and we both had a very different experience. I asked for big hands and a deep tissue, which is some $20 tagged on but so worth it under Al's able hands. He hit the spot I was hankering for on my L5 and in his unconventional methods totally dislodged my stress and centered my peace. My friend not so much she didn't realize she had to request a deeper massage and even when asked the masseuse refused to change gears to give her client what she requested. I found Massage & Unwind on Yelp, with good reviews and they were able to get me in today. Betty was fantastic! Considerate of my difficulty of laying face down, made sure I was comfortable on my side and very professional. My only small issue is equally my fault, and that is discussing pricing and available services. However, I had already been on their website and had a good idea of what the price would be, but that wasn't discussed before the session began. Ana is my favorite therapist at this location. To me a good massage therapist is one who knows where to find the spots that require the most attention without having to point to them out. Ana has amazing hands and is a very knowledgeable therapist with many massage techniques. I always come out feeling relaxed and with less muscular pain. They offer Champagne service while waiting, which can really add to a relaxing massage experience. I didn't care much for the aroma therapy they offer , but maybe that's just me. Purchased a 50 minute massage through Groupon and was so happy I did! The place is new and very clean. It's right off I-95 and easy to get in and out of with ample parking. The staff is friendly and polite and there is a calm ambiance in the rooms. I liked that they were able to accommodate me on the weekend with the time I requested. They have male and female therapists, I requested a female. My therapist was Yesmin, she was fabulous! I opted for a more aggressive massage focusing on my back and upper body and she delivered. Her pressure is just right and her technique is steady. The aromatherapy oils she incorporated were fantastic and the massage oil she used did not leave me feeling greasy afterward.
