Amazing and clean team store to go to after the stadium tour. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any sort of merch for the team you can find here easily. The Hall of Fame wall and random bits of team history is really cool as well. The pricing of all the merch is basically the same as what you see on the official website online except you won't have to pay for shipping. I think the value is fair and about what you expect at any professional sports team's store. If you join the stadium tour you also get a 20% discount for the team store which makes it even more worth it to buy something after the tour. Horrible experience, do not recommend this store. After the 3rd quarter at the Monday Night game the store employees came up with a sneaky scheme to not allow us in. As we walked into the main entrance an employee stopped us and said that was an exit only, we must go out side go back up the steps and go inside through the other entrance. Me and my family walked all the around the other side only to be stopped at the entrance again and told to got back around to the place we got rejected at. After a few times going back and forth walking in circles be denied entry me and the family gave up. We left without out buying a on Raider gear. Very sad experience. I love going into a place and seeing a selection of what I want and helpful employees. I came in with my wife to get a pair of custom jerseys. Even though I'm not a Raiders fan, our kids are die hard fans due to their Uncle. So we had to come here to get some merch for their b days. Found some cool jerseys for them. And even though they're out of stock on some jerseys, you can custom create your own FB Jersey within 30-40 mins or less depending on how busy they are. We got a #32 M Allen Jersey made for $125 on a Sun afternoon. The reps working there were all very friendly and helpful which made the experience way better considering we were in enemy territory. However, being a Cowboys fan for life, the wife and I had to pick up Raiders jerseys for ourselves since we're PSL ticket holders living here in Vegas. Working in conjunction with the RaiderImage.com on-line store, we are glad to now have an actual large official retail location on sight at Allegiant Stadium. My husband and I dropped by on a random Monday afternoon when the store was not busy. We made the mistake and had dropped by a few weeks earlier on a Sunday and the line of people waiting to get in wrapped around the corner, so select the time of your visit wisely. To locate, get over the stadium and park in Lot C at the corner of Hacienda and Dean Martin Drive. Parking is free and when you park you will see the Raider Image store right there across the street. The store is large, very spread out and full of Raider merchandise. They are open all days of the week! Because of the excitement surrounding the Raiders inaugural season in Las Vegas, several players jerseys and sizes are understandably a bit limited (Henry Rugg, where art thou?). We were able to find them on the Raider Image website to order, but were not available in the store. The friendly staff member we spoke to indicated that often they get something in the store and it flies off the shelf almost immediately. I get it and understand this. Anyway, friendly staff, lots or Raider merchandise options (a kid merchandise area too!), very large spaced out environment, hand sanitizer available , masked up customers. We actually left and did not purchase anything for they did not have our sizes (we purchased from their on-line store instead), but we are glad it is open and a must visit for any Raider fan. read more

Just in time for the first home game of the season for the Las Vegas Raiders against the New Orleans Saints on Monday, September 21, 2020. The start of 2020 was a bit crazy and unknown, so I think we're all ready for some football!! Preparing for the NFL season has been something to look forward to, even if we have to hunker down in front of our boob tubes at home. Walking into this Raider Image store to purchase a few shirts and accessories was exciting! This store is huge!! From running mannequins in uniform, kiosks to create personalized jerseys, to a Hall of Fame wall, there's a lot to explore. Men, Women, Kids, you're gonna like the selection of apparel and accessories. For the inaugural season, there's a polo with a 2020 inaugural patch available. They're going fast though! They've got bling, sequined jackets and touchdown Las Vegas chain necklaces. Parking is free, for now, in the nearby lots. Customer service is great. Cashless operations, only (ie. credit cards). We came during the week to avoid the weekend crowds , it was easy parking , you just have to get through security which they are all super nice. This is located at Allegiant Stadium and it's the biggest Raider Image store here in Las Vegas. Even if your not a Raider fan, for the experience it's worth it. You do have to go through a metal detector before entering. As soon as you walk in the Image store it's nothing but Raider Nation! The have it nicely sectioned off by gender, to a kids section, caps and accessories. If you hold Season Tickets or Military/Veteran you get a discount here too. Bring your plastic instead. There is also a line, so expect that! Very modern, mostly black and silver apparel like the beloved sports team colors. I saw mostly t-shirts with the team members numbers on the back, a Hall of Fame wall, and memorabilia! Major brands such as NIKE and NFL on everything with fans getting their hands on the latest merchandise. They have these cool live, active, mannequins running a make believe arena holding footballs. I was in Vegas and had a Christmas list to fill for Raiders fans back home. Took about an hour standing in line to get inside the new store, but it was worth it. The overall Silver & Black atmosphere here in Vegas is REALLY different, both in good n' bad ways. We're now more Hollywood & glitz n' glamour than nitty-gritty Oaktown. Weird seeing everything emblazoned "LAS VEGAS RAIDERS," instead of Oak-stroke. Sigh, it is what it is. The store's pretty impressive however. They've also got a smaller satellite store at the Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile Mall (on the Strip) if you're not feeling standing in line at the stadium? Got tons of Raider's gear here obviously, cash registers on overdrive, lol. And speaking of cash, my cashier said they weren't accepting it in store for Covid-19 concerns. So, best to have a form of plastic (ATM/Credit) with you. Something for every Raider fan, generally broken down into Men's, Women's & Children's sections.
