Wonderful atmosphere, live music, food and drinks! Must try the Baclava, Iron Horse Old Fashion and the Fettuccine Michelangelo! Our waitress, Natilyne, was amazing and very attentive! I would highly recommend stopping in if you are passing through Clovis, NM

We started our meal with bread and butter. We had calamari for an appetizer with a glass Prosecco and a New Mexico Sunrise. Then, we moved on to our entrees, red snapper with grilled prawns and the Spicy Pork Vindaloo served with butter mash and rice. It all tasted awesome!!! The service was fast and everyone was attentive. Our server was pleasant and polite. The ambiance is a cool vibe! You can eat and enjoy the trains going by at the same time. The building was kept authentic and rustic. Highly recommended!!!

Nicest dining in Clovis. Upscale and unique with a small but well rounded menus and the coolest dining space in Clovis! Set inside the historic railway station there are displays throughout the restaurant of historic and model railway items and a friendly wax conductor who welcomes you as you walk up. The food is delicious although expect to pay for the experience $$$$. Most attentive wait staff I've seen in Clovis and very professional service. Used dishes weren't on the table for more than 5 minutes if that. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!

Really good food in Clovis, NM. The ambiance and service were good. I got the risotto as an appetizer and it was great- really unique as it is in a fried panko ball. I got the butter chicken curry and it was delicious! Some of the best I've had. For dessert, I got the creme brûlée and it was amazing. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

My family and I traveled from CA to NM for my graduation and I am so happy I found The Rails for our dinner. We were welcomed by many members making sure we've been helped. Service was exceptional. Food and drinks were divine! I ordered the filet mignon with butter mash paired with a glass of Freakshow Cabernet Sauvignon. For dessert, the chocolate mousse and the ginger snap cheesecake (not pictured) were delicious! Overall, The Rails made our trip that more delightful!

The Rails is definitely the nicest restaurant in the Clovis area. The cocktails were good. The entrees were the best you'll find within 100 miles. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good steak dinner. The green chili burger was ok and the side salad was basic. The flatbread appetizer was also ok. I would recommend the risotto balls for an appetizer instead. We split two dessert between our group because they all sounds so delicious. They did not disappoint. The desserts are really good and the highly of the meal- don't skip!

    Loved it!

Traveling through. The bar is small and the bartender Austin is the best! Try the Old Fashioned. Austin makes a great one! Not the typical eating establishment for Clovis. Very nice place and a great menu.

I've been whining all day because I didn't think there was anywhere nice/ fancy to go for dinner for my anniversary tonight- I finally got on yelp to browse our options and found The Rails!! They just opened a month ago and it was the perrrrrrfect date night spot!! It can be fancier/pricier if you're looking for that, but they had plenty of less expensive items as well!! It's the cutest place, great service, and the food and drinks were delicious!!! The bar and indoor eating was so cute! Steaks were great and so were the risotto balls and sides. We'll be back for sure!

Had tried this place out when it first opened and the service was lacking. Decided to give another try tonight and it seems like they have settled in nicely. Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious.

Ribeye! Had to take a picture cause it was delicious! Sorry it's almost gone.

Not asking for ID'S. They gave us samples.. ordered chips and salsa and a pizza. Didnt even get the chips as appetizers. Another group came in after us and got served right away with their wine literally seconds after entering the establishment (I've got photos). We waited way over an hr. MInd u they had a minor the age between 8 to 10 years old walking around . I heard our waitress, and who Sat us, telling her to go around to tables to ask what people wanted to drink or eat. Being a child. Last year we got served by the same girl for FOOD and ALCOHOLIC DRINKS. This visit our server didn't even care we were there. Only worried about the kids she was tending to outside the establishment while the parade was going on. Idk if its her nieces or nephews, or even her children. But this the last time I eat there. And management/employees was being rude to the african american man working the til behind the counter, being as nice as he could! Said other costumers who had also left after us due to the poor services at ROOSEVELT BREWERY COMPANY IN CLOVIS NM.

There was a small mix up and I accidentally got crawfish instead, which we were told was due to a new kitchen staff member, but it was handled just fine and didn't take away from the experience. My boyfriend had a couple hiccups with his meal as well, but everything was smoothed out and he ended up happy. Huge shoutout to Kaislynn, she was amazing. She surprised him with his favorite cake, which completely made his night and meant a lot to us. The food was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the service really stood out. We'll definitely be back.

Our lunch visit was on 10.12.2025. My daughters gravitated towards the mermaid photos hanging above each booth. There was a fake aquarium at the bar. Still, it was mesmerizing to watch. I made my girls get on the shark with the saddle. Good solid embarrassing core memory for the pre-teens. Lol. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She was quite honest when she said she would prefer another employee to make my margarita. + Salty Mermaid margarita ($9) - I liked it! + Yard Bird ($13.99) - my oldest requested the chipotle aioli sauce on the side, but she ended up enjoying this chicken sandwich + Fish Tacos ($12.99) - I wasn't crazy about the slightly over-fried fish. The batter was a bit like that I would use for catfish. Hefty portion of fish, though. And I hated the Tropical Coleslaw (with pineapple added). I love pineapple. Love coleslaw, but not mixed and not their recipe. Something wasn't right. + Shrimp Scampi ($19.99) - I wish I had ordered this because my youngest allowed me to try a bite. Simple yet satisfying. She never received her side order of fries and we kept forgetting to ask about it then she didn't want them anymore. This is a fun place. I would be back... order a drink. Figure out the best item on the menu.
