Most of the issues we had were regarding the a/c going out. Sometimes they were able to get there that day and fix it, and there was a time it took several days. Something I really appreciated is that we were given a portable a/c in the mean time, as it was in the summertime when it's HOT. We once had an issue with ants, and they were pretty quick in taking care of them. We rarely had creepy crawly things, which was a huge plus. An issue that we had that we were pretty bothered with is their mail policy. They would usually have UPS/USPS check in boxes with them, then they'd get the box for us once we come into the office, and have us sign. This rule wasn't really consistent, as there were times mail got delivered to our door. We had subscribed to Hello Fresh, and they always left packages on our door. Turns out the delivery service left our box on the wrong door, and sadly a person claimed our box :(. This isn't the apartment's fault, but a consistent rule in whether or not boxes are to be left at the front office would have been nice. I really enjoyed the gym, and the fact that it's open 24 hours. There are times where there is a machine here or there that doesn't work, but it's rarely busy, so you almost always get to do your thing. I had never been to the pool, but it's beautiful. I also feel the need to add that this area did not flood AT ALL during Hurricane Harvey. The rest of Sienna was under mandatory evacuation and some (not all) areas were pretty flooded, but this area didn't have as much as 1/2 an inch of water. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. It was a great place to live, and I imagine it's better now with new management. Edit to add: I just remembered one issue. We had an apartment facing the dumpster, and it looked AWFUL 90% of the time. Some of the residents were really inconsiderate about their trash, leaving it outside the dumpster, rather than opening the gate and putting it in. Sometimes the gate is full, and people would just start dumping their trash on the steps and outside the gate. It was so embarrassing when we had guests! There needs to be a policy enforced about this.

From clogged sinks, toilets not working properly, dryer and washing machine messing up, squeaky wood floors and now to top it off mold in the garage and we can't use it. This place is uninhabitable! We've made the service orders as they ask but just can't spend most of my time on the site to get everything fixed. The mold and mildew has been going on since may 15 and its July 27th. Thats unexceptable! The other things I could look over like the shady nasty paint peeling at the sink but this is a bit much. Im not happy

There has also been a problem with cars being broken into since I've been here, which has been 1.5 years. There's security gate is usually not working correctly or just left open, leading to cars actually being stolen at some points. There is a trash pickup service but they basically don't follow their own schedule, which leads to fees and piles of trash being neglected for long periods of time. This place is also expensive for what it is and what it offers, I never felt like I was paying an appropriate rate based on what I've seen others pay for their apartments

With the new management, the issues were fixed within 24 hours. When my ac broke, the manager advocated for me and made sure maintenance fixed it as soon as possible. Which I greatly appreciated. Anytime I have a question or concern, the manager responds in a very timely manner. I enjoy living here. It's a very quiet complex and definitely family friendly.

Move in was simple, normal wear & tear, the apartment is cozy with a good size closet & laundry room. There was a lot of construction (almost a whole year long) when I moved in and I would have appreciated a heads up. Maintenance has always been amazing, they are quick & so nice. The pool area is always kept clean. The gym could use an update or two, it has been the same for years, no stair-stepper or rower but other than that it has the necessities. A few cars here have had tires stolen & I even had shoes stolen from my front door. Things like this can happen anywhere & I do feel relatively safe living here. Most other tenants here are very friendly. Would give 8/10 stars.

I loved the fixtures and little details ( like the kitchen overhang lights). The few minor issues ( I had a few ants) where handled super fast. I even received a call to make sure everything was fixed correctly etc. The club house / common area is relay for you use! Which is rare! Ive had guest come and wait for me in the clubhouse , and even they where surprised by how nice and pleasant he staff is ! The management in down there leasing agents , will ask if you new anything! Even make you a cup of coffee ! I honestly feel like the staff makes the apartment complex you live in a positive or negative experience. Here , I must say that the staff makes this community feel like home. Apartment style living has its challenges , but this community has the perfect balance of a well kept grounds, quick response to any issues, and warm genuine staff . I feel safe, but not policed by the management here. There is a balance of warmth and assertiveness that keep a good flow here. I do wish there where a little play ground for the kids . But other hen that I have no complaints beyond the norm for any apartment . I love it here!!
