Amazing pad Thai! Best in the area!

Love The Raven! Best pad Thai in Bigfork! They had the most wonderful calamari before but have recently changed to a smaller ringlet of calamari. I say bring back what they had before! But I understand costs don't always let that happen. My waiter Velko(spelling?) from Serbia was so kind , helpful, attentive, and even warned me of the calamari change before I ordered it. That is such a valued trait for a waiter. Bianca was also kind and helpful!

This is such a fun spot if you are on the lake! You can dock your boat and grab a table. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal, and the food was great as well.

We were staying at the islander inn directly across from here and thought we'd check the place out. Awesome atmosphere! We were sat right away outside and were able to view the lake and mountains while we ate. Food and drinks were okay. Definitely don't come here expecting Michelin star food. We came for the atmosphere and to chill out the day before we got back on a plane. My husband said his burger was amazing. The fish tacos were okay. I'd definitely come here again and try something else.

An unassuming little place we stopped to have dinner on our way back to Whitefish. The food was really good and the service was excellent. We started with dumplings but they were devoured before I could get a picture.

The atmosphere and service is EVERYTHING!!! Happened to stop by on a live music night which was extra cool. Perfect sunset, amazing people and fantastic tunes. Service was much quicker then the menu advertised "tiny kitchen and food made to order so be patient" (or something to that effect). They were pretty busy but absolutely crushed the delivery. The Bison burger had great flavor but was sober cooked a smidge. Not a huge deal. Salad was on point but would've been even better w buttermilk homemade ranch. All that said... go here. Do this place. Locals, tourists, everyone.

Lakeside spirits with an unbeatable view.

The Raven is a perfect, dog-friendly, lakeside spot for soaking up some sun and amazing views. The lower patio is waterfront and dock-level. This is the dog-friendly space. You can also dip your toes (or paws) in the water. Brings hats and sunglasses, (maybe a hoodie for the breeze) it's a very exposed area. Upstairs is bright and sunny indoor and outdoor dining. The upstairs deck offers expansive views across Flathead. The indoor bar has wide windows to daydream out of. Food and drink prices are average+ but you're really here for the vibe and views. I've really enjoyed the Greek tacos and pad Thai. Drinks are great! They serve local Montana Whistling Andy Spirits. I also love the range of ciders and low-cal Montana seltzers. Staff is international diverse and although sometime the wait is long, the team is kind and always smiling. Like the menu says... food is made to order in a small kitchen, "sit back, relax, and enjoy the view!"

Great place to hang out and enjoy the view! Great burgers and fish tacos here along with some great crafted cocktails! This is a must stop in Woods Bay!

    You're eating maggots, Michael.

When we arrived we were seated fairly quickly and attended too pretty frequently but not overly done. The beer variety was good, they had everything from pilsners, stouts, pale ales, etc. I grabbed a burger and my partner had fish and chips. Both tasty and good sized portions. I would recommend coming here if you happen to be in the area.

For Flathead I had their Centennial IPA which I really liked a lot. I can get burned out on IPA'S pretty easily as they are everywhere but this summer (summer of 2025) I have had a hankering for IPA'S off and on. The Centennial proves to be a refreshing one for me the few times I have had it and firs the bill quite well for that occasional IPA hankering I've been having. Flavor highlights in this beer are hoppy, malty, floral and sweet (naturally sweet tasting). It's a very well balanced IPA with these features. The beer is also smooth in body. I look forward to returning as Steve and I are bound to pass through the area again but more for the purpose of sightseeing on that trip.

These owners seem to have never been in this business or should be. Next we order from a very limited menu. When we get our food it is served in a pie tin! The Mac and cheese was horrid, had some sort of sauce I can't describe. A box ( Kaft) Mac would have been much better. My wife had something that resembles nachos but she could not eat hers either. They must have a bad problem as they kept asking " how is it" I give them 2 months before they close. Please save your money and stomach don't eat here. Prices vs value were poor, price range was $7-12 and drinks are average. Food is based around hot dogs, German link sausage and ground beef , you can't get a hamburger here. It would normally have grapefruit vodka in it, but I'm not a fan of vodka or any of its flavoring. The kind bartender substituted the alcohol to gin with a splash of grapefruit at no extra charge. I believe the bartender is the owner as it seemed to be a one man show. The same guy was our server, a bus boy, bartender, and our host! He was probably the cook too! Talk about wearing many hats! I ordered the golden and red beets with goat cheese for $12 and this came to the table looking like a colorful masterpiece. Every bite was delicious. The huckleberry creme brûlée was great! The huckleberries are hiding at the bottom of the ramiken. I'm a tourist and was on a mission to eat everything huckleberry and this dessert did not disappoint! It's a must try! My boyfriend ordered the wild mushroom crepe $16 which was roasted wild mushrooms, prosciutto and swiss cheese with mornay sauce. I thought the crepe was a little undercooked, but he absolutely loved it. I also thought it was a bit salty for my taste, but the mushrooms were tasty! I ordered the $16 grilled salmon and andouille sausage over spinach with tomatoes, fresh orange and red onion. I never heard of these two proteins together, but they make a dynamic duo!
