They have a few different options regarding attendance, 5 days a week, Mon/Weds/Fri or Tues/Thurs. class is from 9:30am- 1:30pm. This is a pre-k run out of a Methodist church so God and Jesus are very much a part of the curriculum. My husband and I aren't very religious but have no problem with this aspect. I took 1 star off because I truly wish they incorporated some dual language into the curriculum. I've noticed more early education programs offering this (mainly downtown) but it would be the cherry-on-top to also have this at HH. The teachers honestly care, the parents are involved and it's a fabulously loving environment for kiddos.

I feel like this is an absolutely unacceptable business practice. We were essentially wait listed but led to believe we had a guaranteed spot. So we had no Plan B and were forced to look for another daycare last minute and had to accept the first one that had availability with such short notice.

Also, thanks for violating privacy laws. My daughter got exposed @ daycare. So like a good mom I take her to get tested after I received a letter stating that a teacher had been confirmed. Many employers do this weekly and biweekly so it should not have been an issue as my baby was asymptomatic. So I continue w my days as she showed no symptoms. She came back positive and the daycare said send a dr note of clearance which I did then they asked for proof of test and results which I gave, then tell me they dont want her coming back @ all ever. Because I did not tell them she got tested then said they dont believe they infected her Im beyond pissed. Theyre trying to say that she wasnt around the positive teacher long enough to have been exposed with an airborne virus that lingers and guess what the teacher still has her job. *Imagine if I was the other parents.. didnt care enough to get tested after the letter and ran around positive infecting people for weeks due to their negligence. Literally on her 3 day of being there I seen her bracelet was gone after I picked her up. I asked to look at the cameras again and they said no which we have access on our phone to look at the live Camaras. I talked to the owner and he let me see it and it showed my baby went in the diaper room and when she came out she didn't had her bracelet anymore. The teacher there kept playing it off that my baby was playing by a near by trash cans when I just seen my baby the door. Then they try blaming it on the janitor that they threw it away by accident. They try to give me next week half off but yet they didn't care about her. On her 2 week of going there to the day care I understand my kid didn't wanted to share chairs but this kid has no reason to bite my baby. I picked my baby up and had a bite mark and they never called to make an incident report. They stated that my baby didn't cry which I believe it was a LIE as well because my baby had that bite mark for 4 days in a row there no way my kid was just standing there looking stupid with out saying anything and letting a kid bite her that hard. After I talked to the owner he said something to them but yet the next day THEY were trying sit her away from ALL THE LITTLE KIDS and I kept looking at the live Camara and called it in they said supposedly she was hitting kids which she doesn't do that, she pats them that's her way of letting kids know she's talking to them because she doesn't know their name or can't even say it. They lady said "so you want me to call every 15 min" I had told her my schedule was flexible and if there was ANY ISSUES TO CALL ME and they never did I kept looking at the camaras and my baby was just standing up and sitting repeating but not hitting any kids. Not just that but I can keep going on about her dippers/wipes and her food as well. After I called in to drop her out of her class because she's never coming back they kept trying to charge me 265 every week which kept adding up to estimating 1,180 which I didn't pay because she didn't kept going, I should of really filed a police report for all of this but I was being too nice and gave too many chances..... like I mention DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
