Brunch was good, but this is a dinner place, dinner was even better. I guess the place gives a better dinner vibe although food was good both times. For dinner, hubby and me ordered steaks, but I got a baked potato and hubby got wedgie potatoes. Comes with Al dente vegetables. Really good! But one of our friends ordered fish, and it looked amazing! I could hardly believe the size of the piece he got! He took half home for lunch the next day. He said it was delicious. His wife ordered fettuccine Alfredo, and it was good - she finished all of it. And we ordered deserts. Three of us requested turtles cheesecake, but hubby ordered a chocolate cake. When we showed up, we saw the true name of the bar and were beyond shocked. Two of us are Native Americans and we didn't even want to go inside when we saw the true name of the dive. But we had driven over an hour to get there and decided to overlook our discomfort with the name and played anyway. During one set, an older man who was dancing dropped like a hammer, flat on his face right on the dance floor. He didn't move for many minutes and looked absolutely dead. We stopped playing at that point and asked the bartender if we should call 911 but she was adamant that he would be OK and that we should leave things be. Eventually, the man was dragged off the floor and regained consciousness, although he seemed very dazed. This joint should be closed on the basis of the name alone. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
