    Where to start! My suggestion would be stay far away. Before you even move in, you have issues. I was supposed to move in the apartment on the 20th of this month upon receiving my keys. I walked into a filthy apartment after I was told it was ready. Carpets were not cleaned spiders in the corners inch dust on the blinds. Grease on the microwave. Top of the refrigerator disgusting this is upon my first attempt to move in. Made management aware they apologize said they'd have the cleaning crew come back out and have the carpets cleaned but that I could not move in for another 24 hours to allow the carpets to dry and since the carpet cleaners weren't getting there until after 5 o'clock on the move-in date, it wouldn't be until the following Saturday . When I arrived on Saturday, the carpets were clean however, all the filth was still there. This is a breach of contract on the side of the property management company. They did not have the apartment ready after I had to pay my deposit and pay the prorated rent prior to getting the lease and prior to the walk-through. They would not do a walk-through with me. They said I was responsible for the walk-through after I received my keys and that if I didn't fill out the piece of paper with it, a certain timeframe that it would not be considered at the end of my lease. I've reached out to Ken's five and I'll allow them to do the story but until then feel free to review the pictures below and beware of this property and any property Adera communities manages!

They were so patient and helped me find the perfect floor plan (first floor, big patio, and kitchen island). I am absolutely in love with my space, the layout, and this neighborhood. Benefits: - Quiet neighborhood - Close to restaurants (walking distance) - Close to grocery stores (walking distance) - Close to the military base (10 minutes drive) - Right next to a big park/walking trail Cherry on top: - Apartment pool/patio area is luxurious and clean - Monthly events (poolside yoga, food trucks, and random donut/pizza days) - Amazing front staff (Rick is always available to answer questions and always in a bubbly, happy mood) - Amazing maintenance team (Henry is on top of it with fixing everything from a leaky sink, washing machines, and the AC). I have a stressful job (as I am sure many of my neighbors do), and it is so nice to not have to worry about anything at home. Maintenance is extremely efficient and friendly. They go out of their way to help. The apartments and community are beautiful. Any concern is promptly addressed. There is little staff turnover. I am so grateful to live here, and for the great team here!
