My trusted Attorney for more than a decade: Don't allow his modesty or the fact that he does not…read more"price gouge" people underestimate his legal brilliance, the ethical and moral values of such a unique and difficult to find professional are rare. Some people actually "do what they do because they are passionate about it and care about others" not to self-seek publicity or overly enrich themselves at the expense of others. I hope that my contribution is helpful in deciding if Attorney Gross is the right attorney for you. If you are a honest, sincere individual who has suffered setbacks in your life you will pleasantly discover you not only retained (in my opinion) the most qualified bankruptcy attorney in the State of Florida, but the most modest, kind, supportive and understanding man who empathizes with what your going through as a person, emotionally, legally and financially. Make no mistake about it, there are thousands of attorneys on billboards, TV, radio, you name it - I very seriously question who's benefit they have in mind. Yours or building their own fortunes off the backs of those suffering and struggling. With Attorney Gross, I *AM* uniquely qualified to speak to him. I have worked with attorneys rated among the most influential in Orlando in their high-rise offices charging more per hour than an average person takes home in a week. My personal experience has been most are morally corrupt; the only commonality I observed was greed and dishonesty; how they achieved their positions is beyond me, my opinion having actually employed them was that when complex knowledge of the Law was imperative, a first year law school graduate would put me more at ease. You will NOT find Attorney Gross on billboards, television and radio stations across the State - occasionally he will publicly post answers to legal questions that an individual may be to shy to ask an Attorney - not for only for his clients but for everyone asking themselves the same thing but uncomfortable to do so in person. Matt Gross cares about his clients as "individuals" not as "account numbers" and his team of professional staff have stayed at his side as long as I can remember. I was very fortunate to cross paths when he was a fresh new attorney and I had no idea where his future (or mine) would lead. What he does NOT publicly grandstand is his brilliance and command of the Law. Since I have known Attorney Gross he has been offered, even accepted "Partnership" positions with coveted firms most Legal Professionals aspire their entire careers to even have an association with, let alone be a Partner as opposed to an employee or associate. However, Attorney Gross rejected that and has remained true to his roots, his beliefs, and his moral compass that has guided him for as many years as I have known him. "People before profit", professional relationships with clients, taking the time to know them as individual people not account numbers. This gentleman is a brilliant attorney whose motivation is to "do what is right" not to enrich himself at the expense of others or smugly see his face plastered on billboards. He most definitely has the intellect to do so, of that I have no doubt. My impression after more than a decade is that Attorney Gross cares and is passionate about helping others with a desire to better their lives. He is a very giving man to his community as well, I will not show disrespect by rattling off examples - some people prefer too be "unsung heroes" who derive purpose and satisfaction by living their lives in a manner consistent with their upbringing. One final thought, while he is an "expert" on Federal Bankruptcy, he is extremely knowledgeable in many areas. Don't be shy about asking - if he is not he will tell you so. I prefer to associate with someone who has solid beliefs and ethics and charges a honest and affordable fee when with his vast knowledge and experience he could just as easily be a talking head billboard attorney. He still follows the moral compass he was raised to believe in.

I told her that when I booked the appointment, I mentioned I like to meet in person. She responded that the attorney likes to take notes during the phone consultation. I replied, since I am here in person, it should make no difference. He can still take notes while discusting my case with him. She went back and informed her the attorney. He came out, dressed terribly with someyhing spelled all over his shirt. I explained to him that there must have been some sort of miscommunication, otherwise, I would not have driven for 30 minutes to his office. He told me that he will not honor our meeting because I was rude to his secretary. Really? I will never want to do business with you either. Lesson for every one: Any time you only notice 5 star reviews for any one, I don't care what they do, be aware!

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with Boyette Cummins Nailos, Attorneys…read moreat Law in a probate case in which I was a beneficiary. Unfortunately, my experience with this law firm was extremely negative and has resulted in significant financial loss. Although we did not hire Ken Costello, the executor of the estate did, and we expected them to act professionally and ethically. However, the firm allowed the executor to steal money from me and my family and has been unresponsive and uncooperative in addressing our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact the law firm and raise our concerns, we were told to communicate via email, which only resulted in selective responses that failed to address our issues. We informed the firm of the executor's theft of our money, but the probate case was finalized without our receiving the money that was supposed to be distributed to us. I had to use my college savings to buy out my sisters to keep my grandfather's belongings (some of which were stolen), the executive of the case had run away with the money and stolen items. The executive even paid herself with our money, despite having received a car as compensation for her efforts, in addition, there were outstanding debts that were claimed to be paid yet I am getting calls from debt collectors because they were not paid and I emailed the lawfirm about this but there was no response. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Boyette Cummins Nailos, Attorneys at Law to anyone. The firm appears to be "rotten to the core," enabling shady and unethical behavior. If you are looking for a law firm that will "do people wrong through shady tricks," then this place is perfect for you.

I paid for a consultation and she proceeded to tell me that what is happening in my divorce and custody case isn't the truth after I repeated myself several times. She had no interest in what I had to say. She was 15 minutes late calling me and never apologized or introduced herself. My time is valuable too but she had the disposition that whatever she had to say meant more than anything. If she can't handle a case she should say so and not waste anyones time. I wouldn't recommend this firm. Red flags everywhere. I ended up hanging up on her mid sentence because she kept raising her voice. Don't waste a penny on her or anyone else in this firm. They clearly hire and support incompetent lawyers. Garbage lawyers.

Without some legal representation the debt collectors would have just walked away with default judgement. Instead with Mr. Turner's representation two cases were dismissed entirely and a third was negotiated to a much reduced amount. Dealing with debt can be difficult, especially as money can produce lots of emotions and history with family. Mr. Turner's results oriented and pragmatic approach was incredibly helpful. Millions and millions of people have issues with debt and even our nation's largest banks needed bail outs recently. Get help from an expert, you're not the first person to have disputes with debt collectors and they have tons of experience and know all the rules that you don't. Mr. Turner provides a ton of value for the reasonable rates he charges and I really appreciate his pricing where he gets paid more based on how much he negotiates off the suit as I felt great knowing that our interests were really aligned on saving the family money. Mr. Turner was always fast to respond to my inquires and provide thoughtful answers. Keep in mind though that his rates are set low enough that normal folks can afford with the expectation that you can be efficient with your time. If you're looking for extended conversations perhaps you'd want to purchase some additional hours of his time as he is busy and working to provide value and results, not necessarily a lot of hand holding for his base service.

Unfortunately, I was faced with an ugly financial situation with Dyck O'Neal that happened in 2007 and as of today they are still trying to get money out of me. Luckily, I found Jim Turner. He has assured me he would handle the situation and since that day I felt confident and at ease that he would handle it so I would never hear from these people again. I hope I never find myself in this same situation, but if I do Jim is the Attorney to call. I promise you you'll never be sorry!
