Took the defective rod back next day (72 hours after purchase) and asked to trade in for a different non-Daiwa rod. They refused and told me to call Daiwa for a warranty rod. Was actually a fan of JD until this happened. I'm headed back to Crook and Crook for my tackle needs, they sold me a sweet Proteus XH. No more JD for this former customer. Not nice to treat a loyal customer like that! Would have doubled my spend on the replacement rod!

The Hilton Vacation employees can be a bit pushy but other than that, it is a huge store with so much going on. The aquarium in the back is filled with a bunch of different kinds of fish.
