Best physical therapy office in town. All the staff is very helpful and supportive. My main therapist was Dylan. I have had two ACL surgeries and he helped me in my recovery process so much. He is very hands on, attentive and knowledgeable. After my first ACL surgery I started my recovery with Dylan, he guided and supported me through the recovery to get back on the football field. After my second ACL surgery I knew Dylan could get me back on my feet again and he did. Best therapist! I would recommend any athlete to see him! read more

I have had such an amazing experience doing physical therapy here. My physical therapist is Dylan and he is awesome. He has worked with me on two separate injuries, recovery after ACL surgery and foot surgery. Was really disappointed that Cyan Agena was no longer with them. She had been such a force to get my frozen shoulder working again and lessen the pain so I could sleep. I drove more than an hour to my appointment, waited for longer than I have ever had to wait. The therapist who took me back was extremely unsure of himself. I have two issues---my neck and shoulder. The referral came in for the neck but had not come in yet for the shoulder. This guy hems and haws for the better part of 25 minutes until I finally say "let me guess--you want both orders before you will assess and treat me". He seemed SO relieved and said YES. Forget that I drove over an hour to get there. This therapist gave me NOTHING in that appointment and I would never go back because he appeared HUGELY incompetent and unaccommodating. read more

Allstar Physical Therapy (Hancock location) was the 3rd PT I tried because I hadn't had good luck with the others. Either they didn't care to read my history or listen to me about my pain and I was ready to give up. A friend of mine recommended Allstar Physical Therapy in Murrieta and it was completely different, Aaron is my physical therapist and he and his staff are AMAZING. From the moment I came in Aaron made it clear that he is here to work with me to find the best options FOR ME. If there was an exercise I wasn't comfortable with he would say "skip it I'll find something different for you", he worked with me to build my strength, stability, and confidence. He was slowly pushing me and helping me improve little by little each visit. When I started here I struggled to plank for 30 second and now I plank for 1.5 minutes simply by taking time and working with me. They also have the most supportive and wonderful crew, from Aaron to Greg, Mark, Nate, or any of the aids I'm so grateful to them. I've learned so much from all of them and felt so supported I can't even begin to show my gratitude. If you want someone who cares this is the place for you. From my very early days as a bartender, I now know what it feels like being a "regular" at All Star Physical Therapy, and I am so glad to write this review. Scheduling visits has always been so very easy, whether it's directly with PT or at the front desk. Aaron runs a very tight ship and brings on physical therapists that are both knowledgeable and friendly. He really takes an interest in learning all he needs to know and always stays on top of progress. He is the true doppelganger to Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) from the hit series, Supernatural. From my recovery of a quadruple bypass, to severe ulnar neuropathy in my elbow, to a more recent knee replacement, both Aaron and Dylan inspired and motivated me to do my best. I received PT for a knee replacement in August 2023 and went to the Rancho Cucamonga location which was great. What is not great is the BILLING DEPARTMENT IN MURRIETA that continues to bill me for two sessions for which I already paid! I have spoken to THREE people in billing. The first one told me that there was a glitch with Kaiser and to disregard the bill. The next one said she'd look into it and call me back. She never did. The third one, Lisa Nielsen, said after looking at my proof of payment, that it would be posted and to disregard any billing I may receive in March. So I did, but then I got another bill, for the same dates, in May! I have left three messages in billing and once with the receptionist and they never call back even though they say they'll call back within 24 hours. I am sick of getting bills for services for which I have paid. Oh and yes I called the Rancho location and they said they have notified their billing office that it's been paid. Referred to All Star by Kaiser. Couldn't be happier so far. Given six visits to deal w plantar fasciitis Ive had for a couple of years. Intake visit was on par. After thorough exam and eval, I was given five exercises to do, and the PT spent quite a while working over both feet's fascia. I feel confident that this will finally go away. All star physical therapy has great physical therapists. Unfortunately patients have to deal with their unprofessional and poorly trained clerical staff to see a physical therapist. I have had so many extremely inappropriate interactions with the women that answer the phone and sit at the desk. Patients should not have to defend themselves for rescheduling appointments. I have a severe injury that flares up without warning. In these instances I can barely move let alone drive or do physical therapy. I call in advance or will even go if it's the same day even though I won't get much therapy since I can hardly move. I get guilt tripped and treated negatively when I call to try and reschedule. The office staff once made a mistake and blamed it on me then argued with me that I was the one who made this mistake, knowing full well it was their mistake. They complain that the insurer I use has a slow system and that it is very hard for them to schedule these appointments. My suggestion is to stop taking contractors that you can't handle working with. Please, train your staff that the people that come there have families, injuries and jobs they are trying to balance. Patients deserve better. read more

I am just finishing up my 2 months of P.T. at the Med. Ctr. Dr All Star. At first I was apprehensive about going because of bad experiences at other P.T. offices. The first day I was treated warmly and kind by the Director, Aaron Adkins who was patient and understanding about my physical limitations and promply got me started on a series of strengthening and stretching excercises. I felt comfortable cared for with the program immediately. Throughout my experience I found the aides extremely knowledgable and supportive throughout the visit. They were always front and center to help with anything needed. (and always with a smile.) Aaron checked in with me every visit and I felt that he was always in my corner encouraging me in many ways. As an added bonus, theres a TV and cool music every day. The front office ladies were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Had one evaluation/office visit in May 2021. Received first bill May 2022. Need additional info, as I'm disputing some charges, from a year ago. Over the past week tried getting in contact with the billing dept. Only one person is in charge of billing and they leave at 2:30. Finally got in contact with a person, Angie, who's in charge of billing. My request to receive an itemized bill to verify services rendered resulted in me being threatened or informed, that if I do not pay, the charges will be reported to the credit agencies. WTH? Oh, and billing transferred me to, I guess medical records department, who emailed me requesting I send a picture ID and sign the document they emailed before they could send a 2nd request bill. This is not how to do business. I'm hoping to hear from management soon. read more

I had the pleasure of hurting my shoulder a few weeks back and was told that I needed to go to physical therapy. Can this get any worse, I asked myself. Located in the Murrieta Professional Center (that's the building that is pitch brown), I found myself lost and in pain. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a young lady with a pretty smile and in high spirits. I knew I was at the right spot. After filling out the proper paperwork, I was guided to a room by Marvin (physical therapist) where we went over range of motion and all that jazz. He was pretty chatty, which made me feel comfortable. Within an hour, I was out of treatment, had a list of exercises to assist me with the healing process that he went over thoroughly and I was on my way. From the front desk to treatment, I felt welcomed and at ease. I have appointments lined up for the next couple of weeks and now am looking forward to a speedy recovery. read more

My review is for the Medical Center Drive location: They don't have the greatest selection of equipment or a pool, but it is compensated for by the incredible staff. I highly recommend this PT place. I've been to two others in the valley and All Star gives the most professional personalized attention. They are the ONLY PT business out of three that actually helped me. The front desk ladies are okay, never had a problem with them as others have mentioned but they do have a little bit of an attitude. I hope I am writing a review for the right place. This one is by the Rancho Hospital, near Richie's. I am not from the area, so those are the landmarks I am familiar with. That being said, I love these guys. Really, like LOVE. I have had back issues and knee issues and they are knowledgeable, easy to work with, kind, fun, funny, helpful and sympathetic. I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone on the staff. From the office staff to the PT's to the leader of the ship, John, everyone is polite, professional and willing to go the extra mile. When you are in pain, you want them to help, and they do. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they can get uncomfortably busy at times. Like, no tables to work on people with busy. I have suffered from degenerative disc disease for more than 40 years and have been to physical therapy several times with little to no success. I could tell the difference after my first session! I have received the best treatment and personalized treatment plan on top of personal attention at every appointment. I Experience the most professional team which complete every treatment and appointment at the highest level. They have been physically encouraging, emotionally supportive, psychologically motivating and even have a smile on their face, on my worst day's of my treatments. They listen and pay attention to all my pains, restrictions, challenges and difficulties, that increase and decrease often. I came here in a wheel chair after a bad accident that required five surgical procedures to piece me back together. When it comes to recovery with the assistance of a competent PT Team I know of what I speak. The atmosphere is lighthearted and very comfortable, you know they are the upmost professional group of people because they work superbly well as a team with the patients recovery in mind and wellbeing at heart. The front desk team is always very welcoming, uplifting professional and super friendly sometimes its hard to leave because you just want to stay and be a part of the team. My PTA Chris is super dedicated, very educated in his field, I can easily say he is the definition of professional Dedication. His drive is your recovery !!! Questioning why a evaluation would cost $150.00 and complaining about it is self-explanatory. Traditional DPT programs can range from 30-36 months. So in addition to the 4 YEARS you spend completing an UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE, you'll also spend additional 3 YEARS at a DPT program, totaling 7 YEARS OF COLLEGE EDUCATION to become a PHYSICAL THERAPIST. Yes, the process to become a physical therapist is long, but worth it. That's the difference of the medical education of a PTA and a career choice that only requires a high school diploma or a GED to-for example -obtain a cosmetology license. Certain types of people are just never happy regardless and they have to be negative about everything and everybody, to be satisfied. Especially towards those people that are winning in life and career decisions. If this applies to you, you should just stay home so the world doesn't have to endure you. Newsflash - you can still turn your life around and make it better. It is obvious and very transparent to see the certain types of people that comment and completely exaggerate in a negative fashion and it actually says more about themselves then about others. If your looking for the best place to rehab your Injury......LOOK NO FURTHER!! In 2013, I was in a serious car accident and as a result I have had multiple surgeries. Everything from shoulder to Cervical Spine surgery. After my 1st surgery (left shoulder) I went to another PT office that was closer to my home. During my rehab, my therapist was off and the intern attending me pushed me too far and it resulted in 2 more left shoulder surgeries. i knew i could never go back there. That's when i found John Waite at All Star PT. I immediately noticed the difference in the staff, the vibe and the results from day one. John rehabbed both my 2nd and 3rd shoulder surgeries with no issues whatsoever and today it functions quit well. I've continued to use Allstar PT for all my surgeries and other Sports injuries as do my kids and my husband. All of their offices are great. None of us have ever had a bad therapist! I actually drive all the way across town to this particular office (Medical Center) because of the staff!
