It was Dori's track record and her teaching and adherence to both personal and professional ethics that caused me to finally narrow down the list of recommended potential realtors to Dori. That decision was reinforced many times in many ways by her appropriately responsive phone calls, emails and texts depending on the situation. Regardless of the time day or night her demeaner was always pleasant and truly made me think I was her only client. However, over time I realized she had many other clients though I never felt put off or anything but that I was her most important client whenever we communicated. Initial meeting went as expected, and I was told that once signed up a professional photgraher would be sent out and the lead agent would also come out to review the listing and view the home with me. The lead agent Janet Rosecrans in 3 months never called or viewed my property once. How is she supposed to sell something she never even took the time to walk through! In addition, no professiinal photgrapher was ever sent out the listing photos was what the associate took with his cell phone. Also it took 6 weeks to correct the ad that was placed on the house. They failed to screen potential buyers or their agents and wasted my time. In 3 months I never reecieved a call from either agent to discuss my listing or to advise me of any progress or developments or if we needed to change anything. In this market you need an agent that will work for you not list it and do nothing. I canceled the contract and will look elsewhere.

At first, we would just scroll through the site and see whats out there, while paying off debt and saving money for our downpayment. The first time Cathy messaged us to see what stage we were in and if we needed help....we didn't at the time. We explained we were just looking. She didn't pressure us, said keep her in mind when we were ready.....and we did. We got closer to being ready to buy a home, and we would message her with questions. She answered all of them within minutes not hours or days, yet we still we're ready, still no pressure. Eventually we were ready, even got underwriter approved (not just preapproved). Cathy and Jennifer (Jennifer was in training at the time, very nice, understanding, and willing to help too) wasted no time showing us homes, working with our crazy work schedules. Over the months leading up to home buying I had saved over 64 homes, Cathy helped us to narrow this list down by listening to our needs, and wants. The best part.... When we found our home, something went wrong with the lender we were using we found out late on a Sunday night. I messaged Cathy and she called me right away. I even asked for an independent title compmany but there were fees paid directly to his title company. I will never work with him again. Folks need to research before they get involved with someone.
