When I moved in, I wasn't even assigned a mailbox...they told me to "try them all" to see which one worked. Rent increases happen with no property updates or communication, and maintenance enters units with little to no notice. The buildings themselves are quiet, but the walls are very thin...you can hear everything in nearby units. Management accepts and acts on unfounded complaints without investigating, so be sure to document everything. If one neighbor decides to blame every noise on you, management will not verify facts before threatening your lease!! This was specifically at Woodsage Apartments.
