The office phone is connected to the owners phone. You will get call backs from the staff with random numbers. Might want to be a bit more professional and get an office phone. 2). Your appointment will most likely change more than once if you see the owner. My appointment was changed due to "babysitting issues" but I saw her coming out of the sauna (no kids) wt the same time as my original appointment. Rochester is a small town. 3). During multiple appointments, the owner was scrolling through Facebook and texting during my session. She thought she was being sneaky but wasn't. Great support staff. Very kind and friendly. I won't reveal my identity because the defensive and crappy remarks that were made on the last bad review tell me you can't take any criticism. Learn some humility, you might get farther along. People are trying to help. Listen.

He spoke to me about a few of my concerns but genuinely mentioned that he didn't want to know much because it could perhaps influence the session. I did not utter another word. His work was magical. After an hour of meditation and energetic healing, he expressed that two of my chakras were either stopped completely or slow. He cleared them both. I felt feeling refreshed and renewed. The website has great functionality and was very easy to gather information from and to schedule a class. When I arrived the person at the front desk must have gathered I was a new student, greeted me by name and helped direct me and introduced me to the instructor. The instructor was very kind, making note of my limitations and gently helping me understand things I was doing wrong, giving instructions directly and indirectly. I actually surprised myself being able to do things I didn't expect I was capable of. You don't have to be able to everything perfectly, just what is comfortable. It was also more meditative than I expected which I really enjoyed. After the class some very nice classmates were very complimentary and welcoming. I am sure I will get more out of these classes as I become more familiar with yoga. And I definitely will be continuing. I did a pretty wide internet search from rec center to other schools in the area and am glad I settled on this one. It was exactly what I was looking for.

They have tons of different classes here and the owner Brian is super nice. The locations very relaxing when you first walk in and smells fabulous. They have a lobby area where you can buy different items and some clothing, and it's really spacious here. The class I did was about a hour and a half long and really helped me feel better. Even though I prefer heated courses, Brian did a fabulous job of getting us where we needed to go. I will return in the future for other events as the studio really is fabulous.

I have gotten Reiki healings as needed for close to 10 years. Last year, I felt in need of a…read morecleanse and I'm so glad to have found Claire at ASHA. She has the gift. As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio. And that feeling stays with me for several days to weeks after. The three session pack is a great deal for the amount of healing you get and it's very flexible: you could use these monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc depending on your needs.
