I had called a couple of local therapist and they were all booked up for weeks. I gave Travis a call and explained my situation and he fit me right in that day. Travis was very easy to tall to and very professional. I've only used a male massage therapist once before. Travis made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole process. The massage itself was absolutely FANTASTIC! He was able to work out a lot of the tension and knots. I normally get deep tissue massages but have always had trouble with it being very painful during the massage. Travis knew just how much pressure I needed without hurting me. I actually booked a second appointment with him for the following week before I left. I HIGHLY recommend Travis for any massage needs.

They offer a bunch of different classes which are complimentary with your membership. My one complaint would be to get some firmer foam rollers, but if this is my only strike on this place, you know it's darn near perfect. My favorite thing here is their healthy deli which features beyond reasonable pricing. I got a tasty large smoothie for less than $5 which would have cost me close to $10 at a professional smoothie shop. My favorite rule of the gym is no one under 18 allowed. My second favorite rule is no nudity allowed in the hot tub and steam room. Let's face it, there are some people that we don't want to see naked. The fitness area is fully furnished with fitness equipment. The indoor pool and track are also a big draw. They offer a full array of fitness classes, including yoga and Cross Fit. The facility is immaculately clean. They offer massage therapy and also have a healthy deli downstairs. This is definitely my home away from home.

I started out doing medical massage therapy and now have been getting massage for a car accident injury. I've been seeing Celia, Annuel, and Maria and they are AWESOME. Each one has a different technique/style and the combination of the three is very helpful in my healing process. I gave cupping a second try with Maria as I didn't have a good experience the first time at another clinic, and so glad I gave it another shot! She's really skilled at using cupping and I feel so much better each time. Celia has ESP abilities! She can tell what's happening within my body and how to make things better - it's mind-boggling! Annuel's approach is a great mix of gentle relief and pressure to work out tension and knots. Scheduling is super easy as Maria is very responsive in getting appointments made for you. I highly recommend them!
