This nice big waiting room should have this access for those of us waiting. There are boxes all over the hallway by the elevators. Rarely is someone sitting at the front desk. I wasn't allowed back with my husband for pre-op and didn't get to speak with the doctor. When I was finally let back, the nurse that came in didn't even know my husband had already spoken to the dr. There are no tissue boxes anywhere, but they made sure to put red white and blue decor EVERYWHERE. Get this place in better shape! Editing in real time: not one person who works here told us the dr would call my personal cell phone with an update. Given the level of spam we all have to deal with these days, a heads up would've been nice so that I would've answered an unknown caller. So once again, I didn't get to speak to the doctor.

I have extremely tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. Every time I've had a massage in the past, my muscles have "crackled" when the therapist worked on them.
