After giving him half down, he came over, took a solar panel down and said he needed to replace it and then never came back or answered our phone calls, and it's been almost six months. Everytime I call, he ignores the call and never bothers to call back, but he has cashed the check we gave him. A family member called him to inquire about new work to see if he was in the business of ghosting everyone. He answered within 10 minutes. When she told him the real reason he was calling he made up an excuse that he was not in his office (he doesn't have an office, check his address on Google maps) and that he would call back the next day. Nothing, completely ghosted. Look for someone else as times are tough right now and people might be hard up for money to start pulling scam deals like this. A Complete DISASTER from beginning to end. This was a commercial job and cost a quarter of a…read moremillion dollars. As far as I can tell they applied a thin coat of white paint. Within 6 months, the entire surface of the roof was split and cracked and leaking like mad. They refused to do anything about it and said that me going up there to try to patch the splits to stop water from POURING into the building was voiding the warranty. I've attached a photo of the roof with all the patches I tried to put on over the bigger cracks and splits, and a video of water squirting out from a seam when I step on the leak water that collected under the roof layer at the base of the sloped roof before seeping down into the building. I finally had to hire another company to do a whole other roof, and the damage was such that they also had to remove all the underlayers which were now soaked. It cost a fortune.

Eric was awesome...he went over everything with us in great detail so we knew what to expect. Eric was on site every day to make sure that the work was getting done properly. Alonzo who was in charge of installing my new metal roof was wonderful. He and his crew did everything they could to make it easy for me. They were also very respectful of all my property and time. I could tell the crew had worked together for some time. They all knew their jobs and got started and stayed busy the whole time. They all seamlessly knew what to do from start to finish. It was a chaotic dance from tear down to finished product but the crew made it look effortless even though it is very hard back-breaking work. My wife and I spent months researching/interviewing contractors for the major over haul on the multilevel deck on our house. Only one contractor stood out, JASB. In my thirty seven years of inspecting products, this company was deeply impressive. The owner, Audie, was very fast on his feet with revision changes. The construction was performed by craftsmen. Craftsmen are as rare as hen's teeth. Carpenters are bumping into each other. I watched this crew for thirty days from the windows and many times outside. They habitually checked plumb and square with a carpenter's level. They would 'dry fit' parts before attaching them. At the beginning and end of each day the lead man would ask me if I had any questions. The quality of work was astonishing. When the job was complete I watched them leave from inside the house and Renato stopped the truck in the street and walked back onto the driveway to pick up loose nails and screws.
