I've had them replace a…read morestrip of shingles that came loose in a storm, they fixed a bad leak around a vent pipe, and recently they replaced my entire roof with a high-quality hail-resistant roof, along with repairing a rotted soffit. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. As I watched I made a comment that the old Formica countertops rolled up at the back to join the backsplash. This would not be incorporated in the new design. He told me it would not make a difference for the template. The day the installers arrived with the granite they discovered, as I suggested, it made a big difference. Almost one inch of each piece had to be cut off in my kitchen. My entire house was filled with granite dust. Next, they did not properly install the undermount sink. No brackets or clips were used, just silicone. I am repairing that the best I can today. I have attempted to contact the company and even written them a letter and have received no response.
