They have very poor knowledge of the bylaws of the community. They choose to follow selective enforcement. There is no professionalism. They fail to communicate with SAPD when issues occur. Two major issues in Braun Hollow are parking of the cars on street and trash cans left at curb for weeks at a time We do have a towing policy that states that no one can park vehicles in front of another residents property without the permission from that resident. Also cars must be parked perpendicular to the curb in a cul de sac and cannot be parked straddling the sidewalk. This happens all the time without any violations and no action is taken as stated in the bylaws. Trash cans are to be taken up from the curb at the end of the trash pick up day and one resident allows it to sit at curb for weeks at a time. This violation is also clearly stated in the bylaws. Now this same resident is permitted to take her household trash down to the community park where children play and the overflowing cans are surrounded by bees,wasps,flies and mosquitos. The stench is unbearable. This same resident has her own city trash can at her resident but chooses to haul down to the community park and use the city trash cans there which are suppose to be for park visitors so they do not litter not for 'Household Trash". All of these violations are reported to Spectrum and they allow them to continue. Stay away from this property management company because all they do is take the residents HOA dues and nothing more. All of these violations have been reported to Spectrum Association Management and they do nothing. Selective Enforcement and failure to enforce the bylaws of Braun Hollow HOA.
