Oh, and they vote in rules on parking, garbage, and other items without even sending out a ballot or a vote to a resident. It is what Tyrone Colemen and Chicken Wicker want - end of story. The residents hate their guts. Rightfully so along with AMG lawbreakers. This, my folks, is what happens when one or two people gain control. Of course, AMG will kiss hindquarters because they want to stay in charge, as well. No resident gets a vote - if it ticks off one of the board members the entire neighborhood suffers - we have to change garbage vendors because board members are dissatisfied - no vote. No vote - they trample on disability rights. Please, please, tow this car, we beg you. They will put new covenants into the documents without a vote - we will sue. Looking forward to it. Let's raise everyone's HOA for the ignorance of AMG and board tyrants. HOA for Dummies in Texas is what this group needs - one year they posted no fireworks - um... you do not overrule laws. Ednalyn Lorenzo took her time to listen to my questions and problems I had with my next door neighbor who had his music very loud causing for my house to shake, interfering with my daughter's homework and causing me seizures as well. Being a mother with a dangerous health condition who's husband works out of town a lot is difficult and the last thing I would like is for a seizure to put my life in danger. She informed me clearly who can help me. My other question was neighbors the cars of their visitors in my parking space without asking for permission and she clearly told me that they are not allowed since its my property unless they ask for permission ahead of time. As a community we have to remember it's not about the action, it's about the principle. I am thankful to Mrs. Ednalyn Lorenzo for being responsible of her job and valuing us correctly. read more

This organization is literally stealing money and keeping it with zero services or results for the people who pay them. When I have asked questions, my phone has been literally blocked for weeks so that I can't call them or reach anyone. When I email Simon Butkin, he responds with snarky, one word emails that are so unprofessional and don't even pretend to address the questions asked. Apparently someone named Mark is in charge of the office but is never there. Of course, as an HOA they are untouchable and we have no choice but to pay them and put up with their insulting services. I live in Stonefield and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a home to avoid any of the hundreds of neighborhoods who use Alamo Management Services - why they are used, I have no idea, but I'm guessing they give the HOA a break and the residents suffer for it. read more

Disorganized and stupid company. I drove there after being told my gate fob was available on the phone but then it wasn't when I got there. Now being told it will take up to three weeks for it to be ready. Why does it take this long? I would never do business with a company like this but am forced to. Update 10/2 fob still not available and no new timeframe of availability. Not sure where this fob is coming from but kind of unacceptable that there is no information whatsoever that their call center in Philippines can provide. Also emailed them. It takes multiple emails to get a response and the response is that they don't know. Unbelievable. Update 10/14: no fob, told me to call back friday and I know the answer on friday is going to be call back next week. I despise this company and hope they go out of business read more

Cannot give them enough stars!! Mona Schneider our manager does a fantastic job! Our neighborhood has had several different management companies over the last 10 years and Alamo Management Group is hands down the BEST!!! Our neighborhood has never looked better! They are actually in the office, respond to phone calls, help keep problem houses in check as much as they can and have a great relationship with companies that provide everything from landscaping, locksmiths, pool maintenance to cleaning common areas! If you read a bad review it's safe to assume it's from a homeowner who hasn't taken care of their house/yard and they are mad they got a violation! I would highly recommend Alamo Management Group to any HOA looking to make a positive change in the right direction! read more

Mona Schneider is the best manager we could ask for in Canyon Rim! She is kind and very good at her job as she cares for this neighborhood like she would her own. If you see anyone write a negative review about this management company it's because they have an eyesore of a property that would be unacceptable for ANY neighborhood, and make the choice to have a disgusting yard. They would never write violations for, "a smudge on a window" if someone were to get a violation for a window it would be because it is completely clouded due to losing its seal and therefore makes the home look like a haunted house. I can't say enough good things about Mona and Alamo management group we love her and the company and hope Mona keeps this position for years and years to come! read more

I worked a special event with Lola, a Christmas Parade in one of the communities. Myself and other Law enforcement officers provided traffic control while the parade traveled through the neighborhood streets. Lola helped coordinate the Officers and clearly explained our job duties which made our job safe and smooth. We all appreciated the hard work into the safety of this event. Lola made the event fun and fun to work with. We appreciate her help. We see Lola's dedication to curating engaging experiences truly sets her apart. She effortlessly designs and coordinates social gatherings, I that leaves the residents feeling energized and connected. However, I was eventually connected with Lola, the Director, who took the time to personally assist me. She spent over an hour helping me resolve an issue with my account and was able to answer a simple question I had been waiting to hear back on from my assigned manager. At one of the homes, my mother and I assist with a special event. Lola made the occasion enjoyable and enjoyable to work with. We offer face painting for the children of the homes. My husband and I own 3 properties that are in neighborhoods that are managed by Alamo Management. Every time I need to talk with someone it is incredibly frustrating. All calls go to voicemail, and I do not think they ever listen to the messages. I called every day for a week (some days I called twice) and left a message asking for someone to call me. Nobody ever returned my call. Finally I happened upon an email address. I knew this was not the person I needed to talk to, but I was able to reach out and eventually get to the person I needed. read more

Ed got me registered, answered some very important questions concerning a service request for home repair/replacement that would change the look of the current residence's. This is the only hoa company I've ever recommended. Communication has been great and they helped me through an issue i was having with my shared fence. I spoke with our community manager Levi and he actually took the time to research the issue and sent me back a full answer backed up with (a lot) facts/laws that he found about the issue.
