While I understand that GameStop employees are expected to promote memberships and protection plans, the level of pressure felt excessive. Even so, I remained polite and declined the offers multiple times. What really bothered me was how Charles' attitude completely changed after I said no for the final time -- he went from friendly and upbeat to visibly annoyed, giving one-word answers and clearly losing interest in helping me. When I thanked him for the sale, he just said "mhm" and walked away without another word. It made what should've been an exciting purchase feel uncomfortable and awkward. I don't blame the sales process, but the customer service attitude afterward was disappointing enough that I don't plan to return to this location, and this really makes me rethink shopping at GameStop at all.

Most GameStops are stocked the same with the only differences being certain used game titles being in stock and some of the toys/collectables. This location had a pretty good selection overall of titles from the 3 platforms I searched. Everything was organized, clean, and neat. The lone employee in the front was very friendly. Parking is plentiful, though keep in mind you're in the busy Cortlandt Town Center with a lot of bad drivers coming into this lot. With physical media unfortunately trying to get phased out, I'm not sure how much time GameStop has left to be sustainable, but it's still nice to go while we can.
