They always deliver our balloons on time and even put those intimidating huge multi-part balloons together with no sweat! MNM has even helped us out during a crisis. My daughter was expecting Elsa for her daycare party and the character cancelled 2 HOURS before the party. We were going to be mobbed by a group of 20 very disappointed 4 yr old kids who were expecting Elsa, not to mention our daughter's disappointment! We had a balloon delivery from MNM that day and mentioned it to Omar. MNM rescued the day and provided their personally owned official Olaf costume for my husband to wear! We couldn't believe their kindness in that moment. They are genuinely nice people who really enjoy being a service to the community and are a wonderful example of what local business strive to be.
