I needed a new set of documents notarized very quickly today (5/17/24) to get FedEx'd to NYC, and upon receiving them at 10:30 AM this morning, I texted Michele to schedule her to notarize them VERY SOON so I could email copies of the docs to the NYC recipient to make sure everything was ok to FedEx next day delivery. (The recipient's office closes at 5 PM EDT, so I needed to allow for time to notarize and then email and have them review and give me the go ahead to FedEx before they close for the day.) Michele responded immediately that she could come by my house at 2:30 PM. I texted her back that I needed her to be here by noon. Michele re-worked her schedule and was at my place a little after noon, having previously texted me that traffic was holding her up. Michele was only 15 minutes late, which is great considering LA traffic. Michele is VERY competent, professional, and friendly. I encourage Yelp users to support her.
