The boss man was very up front with me and told me there's a 50/50 shot of the stains coming out but he'd try. The stains didn't come out entirely but they didn't ruin the wool cashmere coat. We were told to bring it in and they would fix it but they would not accommodate my fiancé's schedule by staying an hr later (even though te r open till 5 they leave by 3ish). On top of that they claimed that when I ordered everything they forgot to charge for suspender buttons so I paid an additional $11 and nothing but attitude! The lady in the shop said it was possible but that they were done with the cleaning that day (it was late afternoon) but that they would do their best and call when they were ready. They ended up getting the two suits done that day and called. No extra charge. We were then able to leave early the next morning which was really helpful. Any fine dry cleaner provides you with collar stays each time you have a shirt dry cleaned. Fine for basic things, but given the price I would go elsewhere. For quality work clothes, or something else important, I would not trust them.

He's creatively skilled at removing stains and tailoring clothes. I've had him take care of my whites and silks for years. Also, I'm size 00 hence picky with the fit of my clothes and he's made baggy clothes fit streamlined. Skirts that where quoted as taking 3days to hem took him only 1day to finish. Especially jeans, if you bring it in early afternoon and ask, he can even have it ready by closing the same day.
