Been coming here for years and have to think it will go private soon, so enjoying it while I can. The fellas in the pro shop were short and disinterested -- as many golfers have come to expect from more elite establishments -- but the cart attendants were cordial and apologetic (they didn't secure my bag properly so it fell off as I pulled away). The course itself is beautiful. Massive, well manicured greens, pristine water features on nearly every hole, beautiful fairways and tee boxes. The course does wind through a new neighborhood and construction is ongoing so you need to be prepared for that. The worst part of the day was the 5 hour round. I despise when courses get greedy and pinch too many foursomes off back to back. My threesome waited literally every single hole. There was no ranger on the course to speed up play but our cart would routinely tell us to pick up the pace as we waited on groups stacked up on each hole. The front 9 along took nearly 3 hours. This is unacceptable for any golf course but especially a nice course such as this. There are loads of nice courses in the Bay area so I'd recommend one that spaces out groups better or enforces pace of play.

Courses once private, now semi private and with play decreasing, less money, the less the course can be maintained in these less populated towns. Prices in December to March are almost triple what they are now (using GolfNow) in the sweltering midsummer southeast Florida heat. It'll be wise to have a GPS if it's your first time as there are quite a few blind shots - you want your target golf game with you as you're often playing for position. It's not the length that will be the issue - it's rather narrow with smaller landing areas than I'm accustomed to in this area.

Including a good selection of Riffle, shotguns and pistols and ammunition. A lot of fishing gear, golf gear and any other kind of sporting goods you might want. I recently found them and visited for the first time, within a few minutes, someone asked me what I needed help with and then my first visit I had several different employees helped me in different areas of the store. It was a very refreshing experience compared to what most retail experiences look like nowadays. Prices seemed fair and competitive with a good selection.

Took a bit to get a salesman and a bit more for him to come and help but he got the info and checked stock. Took a couple of minutes but came back to inform us that none we're in stock. Told us we could purchase the floor model with an extra 10% off. Floor model had a pedal on the floor, stripped threads so it couldn't be used and (in addition) was broken. Didn't look like it was complete anyway and what was there was loose, poorly assembled and missing a few other items. Told us it was a discontinued model (always helpful to know) if we decided to order replacement parts for the missing and broken pieces. 10% additional off didn't do it. Not sure if it could be made serviceable again but far from any kind of deal. This is the kind of luck I've had with Sporting Super Stores. I'll pay the extra bucks and go somewhere a little more professional.
