I am able to enjoy my own Soundtrack, I am now doing 40 minutes on the Treadmill, 5 minutes on the Rower, 10 minutes on the Weight Floor, the Matrix Treadmills and Rowers are superior to what was available at Orangetheory.

These launches are always a big deal and bring such great energy! I participated in the Core launch and BodyBalance launch, and both classes were amazing. The instructor is incredible, super motivating and really knows how to make the experience feel special. She even hosted a drawing for prizes, which was a fun extra touch. The energy in the room was high, the workouts were challenging but rewarding, and my body definitely thanked me afterward. It's one of those "feel good after" kind of workouts. I also love that these classes are included with membership, it really adds value and makes it worth it. Definitely something I look forward to every time!

The faculty was beautiful two-story building. The class itself was taught by three instructors who alternated leading the class and assisting guests. The class lasted about an hour and all of the materials required (weights, bar, yoga mat, towels, sanitizers, aerobic boards, etc.) were provided. The class lasted about an hour and let me tell you I definitely felt it that day and the following days. It was total body too, which I appreciated. If I'm going to leave the comfort of my home I need you to work out my entire body (arms, chest, back, abs, glutes, thighs, etc.). The music also helped keep me motivated. One whack song and I suddenly loose the encouragement to workout. This class kept the music live and entertaining (so much so I did a little break down during the squats section!) Afterwards, you can go to the locker room and shower. Towels and soap are provided - you'll just need to bring everything else. As I was waiting for my friends I took a little self-directed tour, which reveals a children's play area, a pool, and restaurant on the first floor. The second floor had stationary machines, 3 basketball courts, and an areas where there looked to be personal training sessions going on. The building is a glass exterior so you had a nice view while on the second floor. For all the things they offered then membership fee of around $35 per month appeared very fair. I think there may also be a student/government employee discount - check it out! I enjoyed myself and will definitely be returning!

I was going…read moreto just write about one area of this place but now I think I may have to add to this later...I mean they have a Yoga room you can go stretch in anytime unlike some place that close off the rooms if no classes etc. But I really wanted to focus on how when my back goes out I have to make the drive north (I live closer to Livrite INDY). It is the one place I can go to that has the water massage table that is better than any other massage I have ever had. It literally just takes the ten minutes of that, swim some laps, hit the jacuzzi and steam room and kind of hit the pool again, if needed and I feel like I can walk again. I love that they have areas all around that are peaceful , quiet and with comfy chairs. When I was younger I didn't need all of that but now it's nice to take a minute between exercises and have a little mindfulness. It is also nice to have more than a bench in the locker rooms to put on shoes etc. Sometimes Mary Kay ladies etc will leave catalogs and samples out as well and that is always nice to check out. They also have little micro fiber towels available and cleaners. The shampoo/body cleanser is nice too and smells good (just the fact they have it is huge). When I was there yesterday, they had bagels out and the trainer was in the kitchen making a plate.. I though to myself I'd better run---here comes the hard core sale- he never did that:) He was so nice and even let me take his picture. I love the books up front and that God has a place here. I love that it never smells like pot -- and is always clean. You feel safe here and can breathe easily even if you have asthma like me. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcome here. I have taken classes here etc and they have alot of equipment but today I wanted to focus on how it is more than just a place to workout. It is a place to get centered and heal. I love it.

The center also features an indoor walking track, basketball courts and a calendar filled with events like gingerbread house making, adult classes and more. And it's the same great big pool I remember from when I was a kid. The reception area looks the same as it did back when I was a kid. I was a bit disappointed to see the bottom of the pool was exposed concrete with many cracks having been repaired with white epoxy seams. There was crumbled bits of concrete on the floor of the pool that I accidentally stepped on and felt like I was walking on rocks (OUCH). The locker room was okay, somewhat maze like, and could use a face lift. I went to take a shower after my dip and it ran cold to scalding with no opportunity for adjustment in between. Such a great location and facility. With so many possibilities.

It can be intimidating for many going to a new space, let alone a gym, but this space has no pretense other than wanting to help you meet your fitness goals in the most supportive way possible. The trainers I've gotten to interact with are encouraging and knowledgeable and are always around to answer questions or help you set up a machine if needed. They also (I believe) have cards with workout ideas if you don't really know how to structure your workout. They offer weekly classes as well ranging from yoga to strength and tone classes and more. They have a spacious locker room with showers and they also have cubbies on the main floor as well to store your things. Most of the members I've met are awesome! I highly recommend giving this gym a shot if you want a comfortable and non intimidating space to meet your fitness goals.
