This Roasterie location is my favorite! It's the perfect place in Brookside to stop in on a Saturday. Even when it's busy, I can always seem to find parking nearby. The drinks are quick and delicious and the baristas are always friendly. I love the outdoor patio, plenty of seating inside or out. If I'm stopping in a local coffee shop, this is the place!

I really enjoy this location. It's in the heart of downtown Brookside. Parking is easy to find nearby. They offer a wide range of baked goods from Ibis Bakery (aka amazing croissants) so make sure to order a treat with your coffee. Inside there's lots of seating, some casual couches and some structured typical tables, plus they have the outside patio seating. I've been a few times and I'll definitely be back.

Classic roasterie spot. Lots of fresh coffee bags ready to be sold. Plenty of options on the menu, the coffee was great as expected. Vegan friendly

This is a lovely coffee shop that I don't get to frequent too often. I was in the neighborhood today so had to stop by. Today's drip coffee is Costa Rican single origin. Smooth, flavorful with fruity undertones and just the right level of acidity. I picked up a Croissant for Mr. G. and an Almond Croissant for my breakfast tomorrow. Easy to park on this Sunday afternoon, spaces on the street on the north entrance are marked for 15 minute parking. Friendly and helpful batista. Nice vibe for working with comfortable seating. Cool Merch!

Visited the Brookside location on my way to work on a weekday morning. The place has a cool vibe and lots of places to sit--and options depending on if you want to chat or work. We were greeted quickly at the desk. The coffee and chocolate croissant were good -a small mocha with coconut flavor was over $7, so it was pretty expensive. At this price, I will only visit occasionally. Also, the bags of coffee beans are several dollars more than the grocery store, so if you are buying beans, go to your local grocery store instead. Compared with local coffee chains, this location of Roasterie offers a good experience overall at a premium price.

Cute shop with the friendliest baristas. Had a doctors appointment nearby so we placed a mobile order for pick up. A relaxed and cozy shop with a variety of local KC businesses you can support inside. They have the regular coffee along with pastries, breads, chocolates, mugs, gift items, etc.

Caffeine Queen- The Roasterie Cafe Overall, I hate to say it but this particular Roasterie location is not my Top of KC's local coffee house's. Now, it's not the product that falters however, it is the atmosphere of this particular Brookside location that makes me roll my eyes...or get side-eyed by someone. Coffee Shops are supposed to be ambient, yes but, the coffee house aesthetic can still be inviting and approachable. This Roasterie Cafe misses the make on both the latter with either the atmosphere being WAY too quiet to even hold a conversation over a cupper or packed with kids in variations of plaid all chatting and crowding the counter. Neither are ideal if you enjoy meeting colleagues, friends or new acquaintances at local coffee spots for (lowered voiced) chats and creamy chais. The last time I went to this Roisterie I did not veer, sticking with my tried and true oat milk chai however, my caffeine queen partner in crime went for the exotic new local honey infused latte. They seemed pleased but, it is worth mentioning the coffee wasn't consumed before an early dinner at Bella Napoli.

Great place right off 63rd Brookside Blvd. Had the 16oz Latte with oat milk. Plenty of seating and well organized.

Seems to be popular, atmosphere was comfortable. I did not like the coffee at all. It seems that many people do though.

The area is a bit run down but don't let that deter you from stopping in. Outside there is an old 1943 dc-3 on top of the building as a tribute coffee, aviation, and the company's roots. The plane is named after the founder's mother "Betty". It's also a nod to how the company "air roasts" their coffee. When you walk in the vibe feels industrial, aviation-themed, and cozy. I ordered a caramel latte and asked for it to be served in a ceramic. The coffee was excellent as always and this is my go to coffee shop in Kansas City. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a cup of coffee. Also, there are certain days where you can tour the factory if you are interested in that as well.
